    • Modification kit for Suspension

      Hi guys,

Concerning my rear suspension noise, I logged a call at bajaj customer care email and got a reply in less than 24hrs, Also I got a call from the svc I last went to and they asked me to bring my bike to them tomorrow and they will look into it. they also said if required they will use a modification kit that has come now for suspension. it will take max 2 hrs as they told.
Does any body heard of such modifiaction kit or something?? What is it.
I will go tomorrow and will let u all know what happend.
      Later.

** Just for Info: To mu surprise the svc told me that they have no records of me being went there for servicing 2 weeks back, when I said that I have the job card copy and the cash-memo, they asked me to bring that also with me. How care less....

no particular 'modification kit'...they will open up your rear shock absorbers and place a bush in each to eliminate that noise...it helps...(yes 2hours are required for opening up and putting them back!)

Well according to the SVC guy if you don't mention what oil to use for the oil change, they use normal(shell or veedol), which costs around 260 here..
They sell Bajaj 10000 at MRP of 310!

On my second service, the dumb fools at the service center used 20W40 which I did not notice in the invoice till I asked them to put the 20W50 at the third service, that's when they said we always put 20W40 or Rs245 oil for 135, I was like, what's wrong with you guys, the bike is specified to have 20W50 and those arrogant fools started arguing saying, dont teach us, show us if it's written in the book, they kept repeting the same line saying only 180 and above needs 20W50, to which I promptly showed them the manual specifying 20W50

God knows what kind of damage might have been caused during the run with the lower grade knowing well that the higher revs on the 135 do tend to heat the engine much more.

This happened to me too. They even said everything in the book cannot be taken seriously when I showed the manual.
Then I mailed Bajajauto about it and changed the oil from someone else. sometime later I got a call from the svc apologising from me but still saying it really doesn't matter, idiots.
                        However now they fill 20w50.

Most motorcycle problems are caused by the nut that connects the handlebars to the saddle.

Its good that you took 135.
Stunner looks like a bike pushed from both front and back to make it small yet semi fairings.

                              • Guys...did anyone of u ever realize that Pulsar 135LS is just a slight modified version of XCD 135 DTS-SI version!! Google it guys...everything looks same except for the headlight! Even the odo n tacho looks the same! And still I see people admiring the looks of P135,but never heard of people admiring its clone XCD135...this suggest how Bajaj auto has achieved its target by just giving the tag name of 'Pulsar' and thats it...people start buzzing around it!! Funny! NOM.
