Ohh man..ur bike is running on lean if u get this kind of mileage..Originally posted by anadarco7 View PostNope no vibration and also riding is smooth.I have just added only the R15 Kit rest all the same originality. With respect to mileage i filled up the tank upto the beak that took around 10.07litres and gave me about 79.6KM/L(before modification). After Mod i got 72.3KM/L.An d i will update the Spedo Pics tomorrow.
.pls check with the service center otherwise engine damage is apparent...BTW mine gives around 55-60kmpl...this is much healthier for the bike...
Any guyzz knw any good bike graphics design center near Trivandrum..??

a properly factory tuned bike will give not more than 64kmpl crusing at 40-50 without stoppages and traffic.Originally posted by anadarco7 View PostThe mileage which i gave is in my ideal condition i.e on 45-50kmph.
you certainly are running it lean, In traffic with the clutch usage and gear changes, brakes even 55-58 is very good. Most motorcycle problems are caused by the nut that connects the handlebars to the saddle.

So how many of you are using this ? Since how many kms ?
A very good and safe biker not only because he can pop up either of the wheels, scrape his knees on a corner or go fast and make it look stylish but because he very well knows his limits and capabilities and has the patience to learn about others and ride safe ! :)

I'm using yamalube 15w50 which is rebranded motul 5100 cost's the same, it's holding better than all the other mineral oils i have tried, but having said that the my bike doesn't feel very smooth like i thought it would be after using this oil.this certainly lasts longer.Originally posted by nin View PostSo how many of you are using this ? Made two arrays of 8 led's with an 1kohm resistor and fitted them below the tank and hooked the wire to the number plate light connector.

Get you air filter checked/cleaned, the carb checked/cleaned, and then get the carb tuned once again properly for balance of performance and speed.Your bike should not give you more than 62-63 on constant top gear crusing at 40-45 kmph. And when geting the bike tuned keep your petrol same asin if you use power/xtra premium or the normal one stick to that dont mix it.Originally posted by anadarco7 View PostSo please suggest me what to be done

it happenned with me too, my bike was in main and got 8.5 litres, i asked the fuel station guy to check the fuel, and lo..the fuel we had was in excess of 10 litres, and there was still fuel left in tank, actually there is some space left in the tank to accomodate the vapours..

its simpleOriginally posted by sparkshower View Postcould not understand the reason behind sticking to the petrol type...???
if you get ur bike tunes with one type of fuel and then change ur fuel the response will change....each type of fuel has different chemical compositions...some with extra additives and blah blah lets not get into details..
so if u get ur bike tunes for say premium fuel and start using regular..u will have problems...i am not sure how but i usually use the premium fuel and once i used regular...the performance and riding ease completely changed...i wasnt comfortable...Pulsar 200NS parts list
