Both upper and lower are HIDs in mine.

Yes, those six-packed Volvos (call them six pack cause that is what I see on the highway ---six powerful headlights coming towards me in high speed in my lane) are a bl**dy nuisance!

You can put a 35W 4300K kit in the high beam also if you want. Just that you cannot use them in the city at all. They will blind everyone facing you.

By the way, bro. That one blinding flash will not work with HIDs. The first time they are used, they are not instantly at 100% brightness. They will required 5-6 seconds to reach 100%. So unless you have used the HID before hand, it will be more like a gradual increase in brightness if you see HIDs from the front.

So the best option, is to keep the high beam HID 'warm-n-ready' from time to time to flash such a**holes.

Or you could have spot lamp specifically for that purpose.... Something that focuses the light right into the drivers cabin....But then be prepared for that guy come straight into you coz he can't see a thing!

Does that mean, that every time if u wanna switch from high beam to low beam, HID will take 5-6 secs to attain max brightness.? what about passing, I mean when we press the pass switch higherbeam flashes, in case of HID's will that also take time..?

Yes, that is if you have to change between two invidual HID bulbs and when high beam has not been lit for a long time. It will work okay, if you make sure the high beam is used a bit more frequently.

              The solution to this is:
A Bi-Xenon bulb (a single bulb acting as both high and low beam) will switch instantly between high beam/ low beam.

Yesterday while going home i heard a weird noise from the bike.... whenever i used to open the throttle, sounded like some kind of nut is loose around the exhaust pipe which comes out from the engine .
Got shit scared so went home at a speed of 40 .

Today morning when i started the bike , there was no sound. However after a few kms... that horrifying noise came again....

it increases when i accelerate fast .

Though i am going to PBK tomorrow.... anybody faced this kind of issue already...

Sounds like a classic case of "got my silencer replaced for free under warranty"....

But before you get all happy about that, just check to see the any of heat shields have loose nut or the nut has completely come off!
