Talking about the silencer, that darn buzzing sound you Veda faced, I am getting the same when the bike just starts to take off. Hmmm...seems like its contagious. H1N220 Virus?

If its a sustained sound then maybe you got broken internal welds!

Nope. Its just a buzz that comes slightly when I start off. I don't hear it after that. Funny thing is, when I get down to check it out and rev the bike, sound doesn't come at all.!! Then again when I think everything is ok and take off, again that buzz!

Well the story is like we played like the good cop bad cop , but this was purely unintentional.

I being the super-angry-over-agrressive-complainant and my friend being the considerate-super-cool-calm-composed guy. After changing the exhaust , they changed the gasket/seal , and didnt even charge for it , even when I insisted.

@andy : whts up with your case?

            • Guys, tell me the most suitable way for attaching a bungee chord on the 220.I guess it will scratch the rear panels.

The chords in itself does not scratch the panels. The hooks can!

If you still have the saree guard on, then attach the hooks to the saree guard!

                • I am doing it this way. One chord end hooks to the suspension and the other end crosses diagonally to the rear mud guard.Other is also same.

What if ur you suspension fully compresses?

Its safer to hook it onto the saree guard.

The left side can directly hook onto the saree guard and for the right side pull it under the seat onto the left side and hook that side to the saree guard too...
