Michelins, branded them as TT and TL. But a few ppl have used it as a TL for quite some time without any issues. But then you can never be sure! The company themselves are saying that the sidewall strength is not as like a TL and can give way on hitting potholes at highspeed.

You're lucky that it happened at 29K, just in time to get a new exhaust!
    ^ yup , I am worried about this .

29k or 2 years , whichever is earlier? mine is 2 years + now will it be still covered under warranty.

Many people are using it with the TL type and still no issues what so ever with the tire..!!

Praful, you forgot Ashwin..he was using it on his ZiMA for around 29k kms..!!

Are you trying to say that Michelin has commited a mistake by branding their TL tyre as TT?

                    • Full Review of The ABS

One word I can say about the ABS is Simply SUPERB!!!

I don't want to comment on how it works, Why it works or any thing else.
It is not a even a true ABS however it helps a lot in keeping the vehicle in control all the time During Panic/ hard braking & steering under Braking!

                      The Test Results -

1).The Rear under hard braking does not step out!!!
I braked hard in a panic situation as a big stone came on my way flying from the tires of a big truck.
I was riding around 110+ & braked hard & tried to turn the vehicle a little also.
To my Surprise in that speed without losing control I was able to steer it away when the brake was applied!!!
That makes a real testament of the efficiency of the product!!

                      2).The Braking Distance Reduced!!!
It reduced the braking distance only by may be a couple of metres in a high speed sudden braking!!
However that couple of meteres can be a life saver!!!
To top it up I did not lose control on the high speed brakings at all!!

                      Simply - Terrific Product!!.

Your feed back is really tempting. We all do panick braking & thats where we loose control as rear wheel locks up. Very interesting feedback. Give us more feedback dude

There is nothing very specific needed to be changed for the 20K service. A lot depends on wear and tear of the individual parts.

IIRC, you are using the stock Champion spark plugs, change them. Check for wear of the following parts :-
                                1. Chain Sprocket
                                2. Clutch Plates
                                3. Disc Pads
                                4. Cone Set
                                5. Clutch/Accelerator Cables

For the moment this is all I can remember. Any specific issues you are facing with your bike?

As for Siracs, they are not readily available. Sai Iyengar Tyres quoted me a 2 weeks waiting period and 1800/-.
