I guess it will cost nothing less than 5k. And i think u have to replace the handle bar with the clip on. handle bars might hit the faring.Originally posted by kriss View Postwill give a try if its in my budget.

Instead U can go for a Decent HID inside the stock headlamp ( Similar to the Low beam of 220).
It will not Cost U more than 5-6k & get the Best Lighting possible.

I concur..
the P200 is the most handsome among the Pulsar Brothers.. had it not been for that excellent hi beam and the low-projector beam, I would have made my P220 look like the P200.

my bike showing its colours ...
Hey there guys .... its been like a week since i got my 220.... could manage to do 120+ kms on it..... well as far as now the bikes too too good... no complaints at all.... well apart from tiny ones i posted earlier....
.... ive been riding sensibly ...keeping it under 60 and 6k.......shifting gears well with no knocking of any sort..
of lately ive began to notice that my engine is running a bit harsher...during initial starting.friends said its typical bajaj behavior
.is it so ??
.
and at times the idle remains above 2k rpm..i then give the throttle a small blip for it to come down (sometimes had to sitch off engine for rpm to come down
)...happens even if the throttle is in 0 positon... i even checked for obstructions in the accel wire and cables .came up with nothin.... happens only after prolonged riding... for 20+kms or so.so figured it must be due to engine getting warmed up.but still in
state.
and water seems to be getting collected on the tank filler caps brim...i see a drain hole but it doesnt seem to be doing its duty.even after me putting in a flexi wire to clean clogs
.if any..
my engine oil level has come down by half a cm when seen thru the inspection window... (Please note : bike placed on level ground on double stand
)...dono wat oil to top it up with...if i need to go to the showroom for minor fixes wil get oil topped up too...
one more point not to be left is when i got my bike ,the manual was not dispatched along with the bike.sometimes without the manual i find it difficult. even searched for online pdf files if any... NONE found..had to wait for a week for it to arrive... &
still wating....

also refer to the first page of this thread.. you will get more info than a manual would ever give you.
About the RPM problem... there is no problem in your bike... The RPM of the bike increases automatically... just to charge the battery. DDont unnecessarily switch off the engine. Bike is perfectly fine.
See about the harshness... I can read you have taken your bike to 120+.. Dont rev it.. I presume its new.. so better not rip the bike... else you would not be able to RIP (Rest in Peace). P220 is moody... sometimes it will give you such excellent output that... you will get crazy... sometimes it behaves just opposite.
Today I did close to 100 kms. While going... bike felt.. as if something has happened... but while coming back it brought smile on my face again & agiain.
Since you are new to the bike... My personal opinion.. dont do anything yourself. Take the bike to service center. OK... that was about engine oil and water near the fuel filler cap.Why Road Safety campaigns are not impacting people?

If you specifically not recomending the stuff due to vibrations... then its other story.
Correct prices - Fairing plastic - 1600 Rs.
Fairing Frame - 600 Rs.
Headlight Assembly 3500 Rs.
