Got used Zma 2005 Folks... clean history perfect engine no sound change on 4th to 5th gear reaches 100 on 6k rpm...new clutch plates,SHINKO 110/90-18 tubeless
...little vibration after 60 till 80 and then zoom top speed 135km on NH8
...milage around 310km in 500rs petrol
...
few concerns...
1)needed alingment of alloys...
2)a little bent handle seems some bearing on the lock as bike is goin to the rite side when i leave hands and
3)no weights on the edges
any idea where i can get it in delhi as at rohini they are not available i need the full set...
4)cost for all above...

Clicking metallic noise from the engine
Guys...facing a weird problem with my bike
a metallic clicking sound comes when the bike is ridden for sometime...could it be the timing chain or something else?
The service mech said that the tappet setting is perfect and even told me that the timing chain doesnt wear out that fast.
My bike has done 12000 kms. Its 1.5 years old.
I was told that the sound is quite normal and is something known as compression knock. I found that a little hard to believe.
The sound becomes quite audible when u give a little bit of throttle while the bike is moving.
Guys please provide me some answers if you have faced a similar kind of issue..

u can try oswal motors azadpur, they are the biggest delaers of hh and have every spare(most probably)
and BTW where u stay in rohini as i also own a home in rohini."Biking is Divine"

I had the same problem - no rubbers - had to wait for 4 weeks and got it 2 days agoOriginally posted by Samerotica View PostBro tried both of them and they just have pair of Bar End Weights and what is missing is some sought of rubber which holds the Weights Screws...

Wait! I have a confusion, tell me exactly what did one mean by alloy alignment. Is it only that the bend RIMS are straightened or something else? Anmol..if it was the tensioner then the problem would have come up even when the engine was cold, but this happens when the engine heats up a little bit.
