You mean swapping your battery cage with previous model cage and then fixing 9Ah battery? Is your battery 7Ah? Guess it's 6Ah MF Battery.

Could you tell me which insulator? Do you know its part number? And how much does that costs?
But colour due to moisture is seen only in old ones. Mine is a '06 one. That puts a question mark on the life of teflon coating.

Carburator insulator Ref No:11 in E-1 Part No:16210-KFB-000

        • Changed the rear tyre to Dunlop Geocruiser 100/90-18. It cost me Rs1600 and its giving good grip in wet roads.

          • @Sriram: Have you tried asking for the Karizma specific cover at any of the HH showrooms/service centers? I just bought one for Rs. 425/- in one of the showrooms a week ago (in Bangalore). It's pretty good for the money I paid. I doubt if service center guys would have it, but they sure can suggest a place where you can look, try the one which you frequent.

The above posts are derived from aggregation of opinions of several xBhp ZMA riders, based on personal experience/common sense. Please be advised that some things might differ from manufacturer's recommendations.

Also check for a small pipe above the carburator coming from that air intake to valves it joins in a junction above carburator check that junction.

It was manufactured in April 2011 and I do above 1200km a month. I think it'll be ok for the compound to hold for 1yr Otherwise will change to M45.
