I always fill high quality petrol.Bike is now good,Good pull and no loss in power.I didn't have much petrol in bike,Say reserve + liter petrol.Whenever i go for ride , i will fill it with petrol for 100rs and then ride.

            • Karizma R Neutral light not working

              I have a Karizma R. Its only 2 month old, 5000KM done.

When i stopped and trying to put it in neutral ,it came to neutral but the 'N' light was not lighting and i am not able to start without pressing clutch though it goes in neutral.Mechanic at SC told me that the gear box needs to be open to fix some neutral plate.

Is it advisable to open the gear box/engine of a new Karizma to set the new neutral plate?

              Please advise what to do

Yes, its in warranty. But my concern is does it affect the efficiency of bike. Do i feel the same feeling as stock one. Does it reduce any power??

                        • Too much activity here these. Good to see that.

I am having downshift issues with the gears on my Karizma. When the need to downshift arises due to traffic, it fails do so when in standstill position. I will have to kinda push the bike a bit to do the same. Not sure what the issue is.

                            • Guys i need some help here... my bike is not teflon coated i paid the money to do it before delivery but they didnt do it . When i asked they said they will do it during 1st service. Is it ok to wait till that or is it needed to be done urgently? and my bike is black color.

                                There are two possibilities....
                                1. The neutral indicator connection through the stub ,near the gear shifter, is not ok then correcting it is easy and only external .
                                2. If the Neutral cam is not making contact with the Neutral indicator plate INTERNALLY, then you have to split the crank case to correct it.
Since your bike is in warranty get it done with the HH A.S.S...If they do it properly then there is nothing to worry about....Part No 10 is the Neutral connection stub.

PPART NO 13 is the Neutral indicator SWITCH inside the Crank Case.
