    But sometimes the kicker just fails to respond... i kick abt 6-7 times and at last it starts but rpm's below 1k and engine dies... and believe me it has nothing to do with the rpm settings...

          Its because 6-7 kick will flow excess fuel on to engine and the result will be more starting trouble.So next time try 1 or 2 kicks and then try self start or use choke instead of kicking.Just my thought.

              Oops i didnt knw that.... so i guess am goin to leave the kicker alone for now... self start here i come...

                You don't have to use kick start every time,just use self start to start normally. In mornings,pull choke and press self start,it will start without any problem. Dont keep the choke pulled for a long time,Just start and release it.I think a 3 or 4 secs use only.

                  Yes bro... As i said not always.. sometimes when the rpm's between 2-3.. once it starts then it wont go till gearshift.. other than that its okey...

                  And bro is it okey to set the idle rpm high???? I mean like 2 etc... cause now mines set abit high and i have to say the bike works awesome.... cause now theres no stalling at low rew runs..

                          Guess am lucky cause i have no idea, i was even scared of keeping 1.5, but today ur bro adjusted it and now its 2 when hot... i didnt notice the idle rpm at first but after checking my tire pressure at that pump near ur house i headed home and noticed that the engine performed superbly under low rews like when turning and all... now the engine doesnt stall at all and is perfectly tuned for my riding since am a new rider.... at first i though it was tire pressure change but then only noticed the rpm setting.... and now theres also no lag in acceleration(i.e to rach 4k)....

                            A properly tuned ZMA starts with 1 or 2 kicks in the morning. My bike with 22,350 on odo starts first kick , and after the carb throttle slide cleaning and mods,.... is a joy to ride...Please attend to carb throttle slide cleaning and set up AFR correctly.
