@MAXzma : The place is really cramped, you can either try with a long X screw driver or a absolutely smaller one. I suggest you to test it during night to evaluate the results properly.
Will first find the screw in broad daylight and then experiment in the night!

here is a pic to explain...the adjustment screw is just behind the Speedo cable joint , on the head light assembly...Originally posted by MAXzma View Post^^ Thanks for the patient explanation Sriram. Really appreciate it.
Will give it another try shortly.

Issues
Hi Guys,
Just had a couple of questions :
1. I want to upgrade the lighting of my ZMA to 55/60 bulb. Will it affect the reflectors? Also will the battery be able to take the load? Mine is a 2005 model ZMA. I am interested in white light(or bluish white). Can anybody help me for the best brands available in market and the cost as well?
2. The svc people did replce the oil with the hero honda oil and after that I am feeling the machine is getting heated up more the same speed. Any remedy for the same? Which should be the best oil to use for the ZMA?

Look at the first three threads of the spark plug, and at the ground electrode and surrounding ring area.....they are all black, and esp the thread shows some oil at the 3rd and 4th place.....It is not much, but it is there...suspected stem seal leak....there is a slight black ring on the left side of plug tip...so most probably valve stem seal leak only.Originally posted by Aneesh@4GHz View Post

No,No burns to your reflectors.Originally posted by Blumarine005 View PostHi Guys,

Yes,It is more than enough if it is working in perfect condition. Also will the battery be able to take the load? Mine is a 2005 model ZMA
The best option will be yellow light,White light is not good in rains and fogs.Yellow scores here,So IMO stick to yellow. If yellow get Philips Premium Bulb 55/60(Also known ad M800 bulb) which is only less than 80Rs.I am interested in white light(or bluish white). Can anybody help me for the best brands available in market and the cost as well?
If you need whitish or bluish light go for Philips Xtreme power 55/60,It will cost you 1200rs for a pair. You are lucky if you find it as single one.
go for Any Mineral or SS 20W40 oil with JASO MA2 spec.Gulf Pride 4T Plus 20W40( 245/ltr MRP) or Motul 3000 4T plus 20W40 (not sure about price there, here its 450/ltr.) Gulf Pride 4T Plus 20W40 is tried and tested in karizma. So i recommend Gulf.2. Thanks Aneesh for such a prompt reply. I would do as said. So you mean to say that Phillips extreme power would cost 600 bucks for the single bulb ? My bike already has Halonix 35/35 w bulb. I feel the lighting a little low. Also the bike was not used for long time. The battery has got discharged. Can this be the reason my 35w bulb not providing enough lighting ?
