She clocked 200 km during cold starts in morning her idle rpm is 1100-1200 and after heating 1400-1500 givin me an economy of 40 km in city that too during run in period but during morning starts she coughs and chokes a little bit till she get heated up and i dont use choke much and i idle her for 5 minutes in morning. Really i love her so much

Your spark plug is OK ,....no need to change it.. I am posting a pic of the Carb of ZMA and the AFR(Air Fuel Ratio)screw...... it is on the Gear shifter side of Carburetor.

AFR - Air Fuel Ratio. If you look at the carb, you'll find a air screw which adjusts amount of fuel and air supplied to the engine.

I would strongly suggest you to take a good reading during the weekend about various parts of the engine and functions to have better understanding. I'm sure it will help you to relate to what people talk or spell their concern with their bike.

Guess you have opened a thread that you plan to do Saddlesore this year end. My humble request is to go through threads where many have successfully completed and learn about the bike well before attempting to Saddlesore ride.

Mine is 4 yrs old your's is new. Stock setting 4 turns anticlockwise from GENTLY turning it clockwise till it stops.....Some have settings at 3.5 turns anti clockwise.....anyway it is + or - 0.5 turns of 4 turns..
If you keep on turning it more than 6 turns it will JUMP out along with a spring. The part is not easily available so be careful and gentle while adjusting.....
DOWNLOAD the manual and learn of the different engine components...

The Bs 29 is 29mm carb and the diference is only 1mm...so it should be a straight fit..Since the venturi is smaller by 1mm your velocity will be better, ie., low and mid end will be smooth, linear and a bit better than 30mm.your top end may be a little less theoretically, but practically there will be none..
yeah my AFR screw used to leak air inside it was due to missing o-ring on the AFR screw. To day when i started the bike with choke on it manged to start but it automatically raised and slows down by itself and when throttled no sound . Think i need to get a new BS29 , can you guide me to fit it.Any mods needed ?

Changing Carburettor and setting it up is NOT EASY.
Yes if you plan to fit the BS29 there will be few mods.
1.The ZMA Keihin has TPS whereas the BS29 has magnet switch, so you have to remove this magnetic switch and fit the TPS from Keihin.
                              2. The Keihin has 2 cable throttle assembly, the BS 29 has single cable.. again you have to set it up correctly.....
The main jet of Keihin is 125 and BS29 is 117.5 and so is the pilot jet which has to be changed..
Otherwise there is no other serious mods to be done..
If you have the KNOWLEDGE attempt it by yourself,...or get it done with a Knowledgeable Mechanic...If you don't have both DO NOT ATTEMPT changing Keihin with BS29...you will have MORE PROBLEMS than what you have now.
Otherwise sit and analyze your present problems and with the help of good mech., get your Keihin in ZMA corrected.
