thats standard economy for zma i was expecting only 35 or something. dont expect too much economy from a 225 cc . dont worry you will start getting little more better economy after runnin period as engine will get smooth. Just be patient .Dont drive at constant speed for long time and be smooth on her i suggest you do an oil change even though they say to do so after 500 km.

+1 ^^,I think 35-38 kmpl is a very good figure during run in period.

for the visor what you mean is., that the screw keeps turning but not getting tight ..am I right? if this is your problem , the nut in the back panel of the visor is molded into it, and you cannot do any thing to it.Obviously the nut or screw had lost the thread or the molded nut had broken free...Any case contact SVC since your bike is still in warranty and get it replaced ASAP.
Regarding run in , AFTER warming up the engine by driving sanely,( for 1 KM) you can take it up to 4 to 5 K RPM ( 60 to 75 KMPH)for brief period of say 2 to 3 minutes, and it will make the bore and piston set correctly....like I said before low RPM and steady riding will glaze the bore and you will get poor mileage afterwards.
You should raise the RPM for say 2 to 3 minutes to 4 or 5 k ,and close throttle and let the bike slow down in gear..this will put back pressure on the rings and let them expand and seat well to the bore.

Aneesh I also found out one more important thing about the carb....There is a rubber tube attached to the carb on the Gear shaft side ..at half way point of carb.It is to ventilate and keep atmospheric pressure on petrol in the carb float bowl. The rubber tube will run under the seat by the side panel and will be approximately 12 " in length...If this is not attached the bike hesitates and sputters from 1.5K to 3 K RPM...

It made a lot of differece to my ZMA's acceleration when cold. and with pillion.with the rubber hose attached the acceleration is smooth.

Actually that hole is a closed one,the why it needs a tube?

You mean the end of tube or the carb opening ....Did you ride the bike and see the dif ?
I think the tube in your bike is closed with dust and grime from many years...My bike has a clean breathable open tube.

Carb opening,Sorry sir,I was mistaken. It was dark,so removed my tank and checked it ,its not closed. Its working.now i can feel the difference and felt like some hiccups had gone and throttle response increased.Once again,Thanks sir.nice find. And mine's tube seems like bit damaged, will replace it soon.
