Its water in the fuel tank i usually wash my bike once every week .Today after washing it i just removed the fuel tank lid, the space around it was filled with water and i had to push it out through the small hole
has anyone faced a similar issue, is there anyway to get it fixed????
The BASE of Petrol tank mouth is actually slanted towards the small hole in the outer ring.If you observe closely you will see that the side opposite to the hole will be less in depth from top of tank compared to where the hole is...this is to have a natural flow of liquid spilled near the tank mouth to the Vent hole , and onto the ground...so even if water collects near tank mouth it has a path through the vent hole...
If there is little or no flow through this vent hole then you have to check it for blockage..

Like...mmm.. its a fine day im riding.... then i upshift like from 1to2 etc
and each time i upshift i get the usual gradual grinding and then click nd then when i go up a little bit more then i get another click... its like double shifting.... like [lowgear----upshift----grind'n'click---mysterious click]....
        Is this s problem???

Make sure you are not up shifting to the next higher gear..In ZMA the gear shifting is so smooth you are not confident when you up shift and so we sometime involuntarily shift again....there are no loud clicks and you don't feel the gear shifting on your foot...In fact many a time i had tried to shift up, at 5th gear, because the engine has good torque and does not struggle ..unless you are in very low RPM.
So make sure that when you pull in the clutch and change up...you nudge the gear shifter up only once... and trust the bike to have shifted to higher gear. It will be.. just my experience.
If you meant something else please clarify.
One other thing you have to observe...when the bike is stationery on main stand and off...kneel down and shift gear UP by hand..closely observing if the gear lever is close and or touching the Aluminum foot rest flange...it has a recess for the gear lever operation and if the lever has too much play or set incorrectly the gear lever will hit the flange.

actually i think aswin is trying to say that there is a slight movement during the shifting of gear suppose in 2nd gear and i change to 3rd gear a click sound comes indicating the shift and then again there will be a slight upward travel of the gear and a small click will be there its same with my bike too but it will be in the same gear itself

Guess you mean you are hearing two sounds while shifting gears, isn't it?

Check the gear lever setup like I said in my earlier post ..here is a pic and the likely place where the gear lever will hit when up shifting...To confirm, take a close look at the flange edge as pointed by RED arrow, and if you see any marking then the gear lever is hitting it and giving you the second click....I am referring to the upper edge of the gear shift recess...

No i checked now no visible signs of hitting as there is a film of dirt on the bolt its coming from inside the gear box. Its not much of a big issue just a marginal travel. seems like its common in 2011 zma's lets wait and see my bike has clocked only 300 km maybe will be fixed after 1000 km after little wear of gears
