Now that won't happen. The gear lever would be moving freely. To effectively downshift, the clutch need to be released and re-applied, which would cause engine stalling on the middle of the road.

Reported this during Ist service, they did something to the gearbox, and gears are smother now, but problem still persists.

I've tried the above mentioned thingie too.. but u dont need to purposely stall the bike... just bring it to 3/4th clutch i.e almost near to stalling and then bring it back... thats all thats necessary.. nd ur gear will b free...if not then after doing the 3/4th upshift then downshift... works most the time untill i started downshifting when the bike was still in motion....

I then changed the HH Gook oil 10W30 with Gulf Pride 4T Plus 20 W 40 and ...Voila heat reduced very much. I also found the engine becoming smooth ,and really pleasurable to ride.
thanks for correcting me on that.... my bike is showing up too much engine heating only clocked 100 km maybe its usual during the run in period

When you go in for the first oil change take 900ml or 1 L of Gulf Pride 4 T plus, or any JASO MA2 20W 40 mineral or SS oil and request for it to be changed...your engine heat will reduce and will become smooth.

Motul is good but a little expensive..You can try Gulf Pride 4 T Plus 20W40, Shell Ax 20W40, or Valvoline 4t 20W40...all of them are good oil which can work well for at least 2 K Kms...and costs about 200 to 225 per liter.
Take out the spark plug and check it's colour...
A whitish one indicates lean AFR...not Good
A light Tan indicates acceptable AFR
A more Dark tan indicates correct AFR.
A black plug indicates rich AFR if it is DRY BLACK...if it is wet black then you are getting oil into the chamber

May be,Anyway i fixed to get get rid of dirt from engine. and looks good too. Fixed using HH OEM clamps ,A little mod needed,Will post it tomorrow in a detailed manner.

Did you go through Engine Oil thread? There is a detailed discussion on grades and types of oils.

Better to block the vent with thick rubber pushed into the vent tube...like the white eraser rubber,...by putting the rubber on the mouth of vent tube and applying pressure upwards with the flat side of spanner held under the rubber...do not hammer, it will break the float bowl....... or plug the vent tube with M-SEAL Black....I hope you meant the screw with RED ARROW pointer
yes thats the same screw i have mentioned about. Will try diff solutions and come back . Thanks a lot for the info
