after running my bike on 3.5 turn setting for 200+ kms my bike takes longer to warmup in the morning, although she fires up w\o choke @ 1100rpm i experience jerks for first 1-2 kms as if engine is going to shutdown when i twist the throttle

i warm up the engine for 3-4 mins.

the ambients are ~28C, do you suggest increasing the AFR by half turn or should i increase the idle rpm??if yes by how much

      thnx
i am growing old, but not up!

ZMR front fender is nearly 850rs. BTW are you going to take your bike to svc and keep the bike there till the spares come?

Thanks for uploading the sounds....sounds more like a very loose tappet setting....I also suspect the Timing Chain, tension-er and Cam shaft...The first recording gives a more clear sound over different RPM range...so my order of doubt is
                1. very loose tappet setting
                2. timing chain loose..
                3. timing chain tensioner bad
                4. Cam defective...remote chance.
I am saying this because bike starts and idles, and also revs without additional sound..the present sound of clicking increases as you rev the bike, in frequency and no new sound seem to come to indicate further problem..
Please park bike on main stand ..take out the oil dip stick AND check for oil level and color and post..

cold hesitation is due to lean AFR...like you said you can put up with it for the sake of FE or do a half turn anticlockwise to richen AFR and see...

If you listen to the second recording of yours..you can clearly hear the ticking sound of tappet..
Take it to SVC and sit on their neck..Give a written complaint and do complain to the HH All India Service manager on this....Don't keep quiet. You have paid hard earned money and they have to give you good service, and replace defective parts in warranty.
If you had already approached the SVC what was their observation ?

If the SVC had screwed your bike then they very well do something about it.
Do not delay the visit to SVC and remember to give written complaint and also shoot a mail to the All India Service Manager

Oh! Oops guess its my misunderstanding ... Engine turning off while quickly deaccelerating, hehe.. Reminds me of my 2stroke days....
