100 % i wont do it in my future.
    resetting the AFR to stock.

if you feel the simple mod and what it does.......what will you say ?
Yeah, its awesome. Now i cant ride without it. and wont go back to stock for FE as you said.

recently rode a stock ZMA and found it to be like a 150cc. compared to mine in throttle response.
    Haha,Its definitely lean,100% sure.

Your riding style is conservative...but with traffic you are doing right by being careful.

      HA ha ..

But i had gone a step ahead for better throttle response...and it is addictive.

Earlier when my bike was new, just about a year or 2 old, it sometimes gave FE around 38Kmpl.
But, my friends ZMA 6months older to mine gave some low FE's and performace sky high!!!!
One question is there in my mind is from past 6years, that if I ride in top-gear and ride @60kmph the rpm is just below 4k rpm mark and in my friends ZMA in similar conditions, it is @ 3500rpm mark. How can there be this difference in rpms when both bikes are of same kind and both are stock?

Has anybody tried this mod ? 'Cause that's the only way to get a better focus from the ZMA-R's H/L . The high beam focusing is pathetic . One other alternative is to increase the H/L's power so as to give a brighter light even if a not so focused one .

Ha Ha - it just hit me .
Honda must've designed it that way (spread beam on H/L high beam ) since the H/L is fixed and does not move when the handles are turned ..!

                        • @PSR:- FYI.. I have added 3 more liters of petrol today since I had to go to ECR G2G and back. So would more time to hit the reserve.

PS:- Vehicle zooms once past 5k RPM. It's a bliss! With Deva at back seat she was comfortable doing 90kmph. Although was careful on the return journey at night. Did not face engine kill this time after idling adjusted, however, it was brought to my notice that once the engine is warm is was around 1.5k RPM. Is this expected?

                            How many kms done?

Its normal for the engine rpm to idle slightly(extremly small margin) above 1.5 on the tacho after extended warmup. But cold idle rpm also has an influence, so whats yours when cold???

If experiencing engine kill problem do the 4turns thingi... It worked fine for me, bike starts with single push(Credits psr).

And have you noticed that with pillion even if you slightly apply front brake the pillion starts to take flight, is it due to soft front suspension, If yes is there any possible way of adjusting it like done with rear shocks???..

Yes, I usually ride sanely when in the city around 50-80 KMPH but do not rev higher than 5k rpm. When doing so, I was getting good FE's.

Yesterday, checked mine's,it does 60 @ 3750rpm. Before it was nearly 4k rpm, guess it happens due to AFR tuning.

                                Sad to see this.

Seems like you will have to replace the right glossy fiber and internal had fiber.and the clamp you can hammer it and took back to normal position.

According to psr,an idle rpm difference of 300rpm between cold and hot idle rpm is normal,So if you cold rpm is nearly1200 or 1300 rpm, then guess its normal.
