Yes it looks really good and bright in day light also...
To answer your question, need to have 9 SMD in my hand to compare with. Oh! I'm not going to do that. Enough, have spent some blood on these tiny tiny wedge ones.
Ha ha ha..I know..the problem is with you ...you look for best in a world of "it is ok ''..he he he..
Next change is Headlight from present to something which offers 4000k color temperature. Search continues.....
How about some LED headlight...like this of a Hayabusa......

@harishsangwan: Make sure you drain the oil after you have warmed up the engine quite well. Hotter the oil, easier it will be to drain it. And be careful while unscrewing the drain bolt. My first oil change couple of weeks ago - managed to break the bolt, new one costs around Rs. 40.
After the change apply a tiny amount of grease/lube on the bolt thread and don't tighten it to a deathgrip, so that next time it wont cause any problems.
@Sriram: Darn it
I would love to tag along, but wont be able to, some genuine reasons. Do create a thread about the trip after the weekend.
Personal OT: I am asking around for Osram nightbreaker in nearby car accessories shops, as I haven't been able to go to JC road. Dropped out Philips extreme as it seems to be costlier than Osram?
The red fibre parts and the tank look pretty old and dull, but I noticed (thanks to the rain) that the overall color is still very good, and hasnt faded. So just need to use some good wax to get that showroom-like shine back. While running the errands for Osram, bought a tub of Turtle wax and liquid waxpol (bad buy, turtlewax was enough). Now thinking about getting a dashboard spray too, to make other black fibre parts look really black and shiny. Giving a little visit to bike wash guy tomorrow, as there's an extreme water scarcity in Bangalore(in my area) and cant afford to wash the bike myself right now (water supply once a week!).
Planning to take up the waxing once my zeema has a good bath (chamois cloth, microfiber cloth, wax etc are all waiting for their jobs).
Also talking to our 18 year young, senior member Anish here about good tires. I guess M45 (3", 4") it will be, probably with tuff up tubes. Planning a ghats ride in the rain.

Do i need to change the RPM? did i do the right thing ? and after a 15kms trip iT sounds wierd when at idle RPM ,Idle RPM 1200 when cold and 1500 when hot.
PLEASE HELP!!

will upload the sound clip as soon as possible
Same issue that i'm facing with my ZMA, it sounds very much like a suzuki fiero or more like a bullet.
tried contacting HH ASC they just told that the catalytic in the silencer has opened up and nothing can be done. it feels really bad when 3 or 4yr old zmas still have the distinct sweet exhaust note, but my 4 month old zma sounds like a fiero,
i'd even posted in the forum but didnt find any help except to just change the exhaust!!

Headlights:-
I have done some real hard work collecting info about the headlights and found that if you want any genuine or bright light for your ride. Please buy stuff from abroad. Most reputed brands are Made in China and they are specially made for India/Asian markets at a controlled quality.
If you know someone traveling to India, ask them to get the headlights of your specifications. JC Road in Bangalore and GP Road in Chennai have good reputation for selling fake stuff. I can only think of Germany/German made if good bulbs are needed.
My recommendations:-
NEW Philips X-treme Vision H4
NEW Philips Blue Vision Ultra H4 4000K
The above products are expensive (read expensive) however, they are genuine and quality products. I'm sure the above products will not be disappointing. They ship to India. I've bought my pilot Philips T10 LED bulbs from carbulbsdirect.com and they were delivered in a weeks time. I don't know we could get the same stuff in India and even if, the quality would be a million dollar question.
Polish:-
For quality products to protect shine on bike:-
I would recommend Collinite products.
Collinite Liquid Insulator Wax (No. 845)
Marque D'Elegance (No. 915) -Limited Production Automobile Wax
Super Doublecoat Auto Wax (No. 476s) - PERMANENT AUTO WAX
Collinite Metal Wax - 850 - Cleans and Protects your Cars metal parts
You can buy these high quality products from auto-mall.in /carpolish.in
Check out the website for detailed product description. I know one of our members is using Collinite 845 and it has put a big smile on his face.Last edited by SriramEfunds; 06-29-2011, 05:59 AM.RX100 1996 | Karizma 2004 | Karizma-R 2011 | RXZ 1999 | RX 135 1998 | RX 100 1993 | CBF150 2005 - 2011

Use TuffUp tube in front along with 3.0 * 18 tire,Honda TuffUp tube comes in 3.0 * 18 size,I wont recommend you to use it in 4.0 * 18,Have a look at the Tires Thread,One used this tuffup tube with a 100/90-18 tire and he had wobbling issues, then he changed the tube to dunlop ordinary 100/90-18 tube and the wobbling is gone.Originally posted by prashk View PostAlso talking to our 18 year young, senior member Anish here about good tires. Catalytic???? Your karizma is just 4 months old man,Tell them to replace that thing in warranty.Originally posted by sagargowda View Posttried contacting HH ASC they just told that the catalytic in the silencer has opened up and nothing can be done
Or an easy idea is tell them,If you are not willing to replace this,Then i will shoot a mail to HH.
Try it man,It worked twice here @ my SVC.
they called me ,they was very very polite to me and corrected all my bike's problems.

Catalytic converters arent supposed to go kaput on a new bike.. Do as Aneesh said, Dont outright threaten them about sending mail and all that, Every SVC has an R&D division(Yup! They said so when they called me yesterday.) so first contact them and if they dont rectify it under warranty then send a mail to HH regional's and they'll take care of the rest.Originally posted by Aneesh@4GHz View PostCatalytic???? Yes what they might have said is it had opened up from being restrictive...On new bikes the exhaust note will sound like 100cc, and after setting in time ,or a little 6 K ripping the sound will change to deeper note, which is nothing to worry about...Originally posted by ashwinprakas View PostCatalytic converters arent supposed to go kaput on a new bike.. I am interested in getting a good white bulb for my bike too. Will these be a direct fit in the stock setup or some sort of modding would be needed? Also, any idea if this would be blinding for the on-coming traffic even in low beam?Originally posted by SriramEfunds View PostHeadlights:-
