So you finally got the Extreme Vision. Nice. Time for some pics now

Also, do mention the difference you see between the Extreme and Premium. And, if possible, a comparison with the stock bulb

If you had asked me to compare between x-treme and x-treme vision would make sense.

I shall post some pics of x-treme vision later this week.

                • Bought these today, front-left winker - Rs. 240. Pricey. Getting a liter of diesel or can of WD40 tomorrow. Need to work on the chain as it has accumulated enough crud/grit because of Bangalore rain-water-clad roads. Before-after pics coming up.

2T oil for the Boric acid treatment, haven't bought the Boric acid yet, need to make sure if I should get the powder or something else from the chemist. Will go for the boric treatment break-in ride of 50+ kilometers on Saturday morning.

Of Xtreme vision - we want to see the light throw, intensity, white-ness (less is good IMO, as it helps in the rain) opinion and even better, photos please. ASAP. (also few words on how it performs in the rains and mist? )

And in between a P220 guy started to race, I let him pass so that his confidence got high then finished him at 115kmph @ 6-7k(not sure cause I was'nt in a position to properly monitor it under these riding conditons).
Wear gears - race or no race. Try to avoid racing with strangers, because they might be newbies putting their life at risk, even if you're all geared up. And if they're your friends - no gear, no race. Also don't race with a pillion on board! They're your responsibility saar. Remember, you wont get anything out of random road races like these, apart from some extra adrenaline high which will lose its effect in few minutes.

How much did it cost and which shop did you get it from? PM coming your way (maybe I should've followed you when you'd been to JC road, would've been easier. )

Yup, when i do it on tarmac I'll surely wear a gear(Atleast a hellmet).

BURNOUT + TARMAC = SAFETY GEAR

I admit my mistake sir, Im an inexperienced rider(started riding my first bike a few weeks ago..Yup my ZMA), But the funny thing was, I wasnt going at full throttle, Affter the 4-4.5k barrier my bike started drifting to 100+ and i didnt even notice it until my pillion started to panick at 120+(Thats when we saw the last of P220)....But I have to say, the guys I raced against were'nt noobies, they we'r trained professionals(I may be exagerating a bit). Cause they were all geared up, even the pillion, frankly that was the first time am seeing a fully geared rider in flesh. And their riding talent was far superior than mine cause when that guy shifted the front wheel just for a fraction of a sec felt like it was going to take flight(reported by my pillion). And coming back to their bike, It wasnt an ordinary P220 cause the sound wasnt the usual boiling sound, It was like a mild thump.

                      NOTE!!
At what rpm does ur bike do 115???
Cause when i posted on FB that i did it somewhere about 6k then Yasher bhai said it wasnt possible..

You can use any net type thing or cloth on the end of breathing hole,so that bigger particles will not clog the filter.Even if you drill 1mm holes,Air flow will decrease if those tiny holes got blocked by dust or any other substances.

                        I think mine does 100km/h @ 6k.

But won't it be like decreasing the inlet size when/if something clogs the net/cloth?The way I said it , the tiny holes would be in addition to the inlet . And if the airflow increase and leans the mixture , will a turn or half (anti-clockwise) help ?
If I had a spare air-filter cover I might have tried it myself - have to inquire the rate of one .

Yes,it will clog,Why do you want to do these?

It may work fine if you turn the AFR half or 1 ,but you will sacrifice your mileage there. Why you want to decrease your mileage for a no use mod?
IMO stick to stock setup and replace every 10000kms,It will be fine.

                            Its a waste mod IMO.
