First warm up the engine by riding for 5 Kms. Stop the bike, and turn it off .Turn AFR screw fully clockwise till it stops....now turn it anti clockwise 4 full turns. With engine in hot condition,Start the bike and set the idle to 1,200 RPM, .

The spring loaded screw is the RPM idle screw, adjust it to get your RPM right(arnd 1200).
Asked the mechanic to check the spark plug, when I got the air filter changed and it wasnt white. Was kinda brown. Read some old post by 'psr' which did say that chocolate brown is good.

I dont know but the orange ones looks better, since these are not clear lens like the ones on Pulsar or Apache RTR's...

Yes , but your bike will give poor FE
Did you check it AFTER the Air Filter change

Remember to first loosen up the AFR screw which many had reported to be stuck and unable to turn it..if it does not turn, DO NOT FORCE IT.Apply brake oil,Acetone,or 2T oil and wait for it to loosen the screw(2 to 3 hrs), before attempting to turn it.

            Deja vu

Well, The front 2 (white) are 240 RS each. So a Total of 480 RS For Both Sides.....

Rear is 70 RS Each So 140 RS Total for Both Sides..

              Total: 480 (Front) + 140 (Rear) = 620 RS Total.

For the rear, all i got was the white plastic glass, not the whole sidelight.... I think its a rip off for something that should cost about 20 rs.. seriously....

This is how much it cost me.... Now, You have to change to an orange bulb.. which i havent done yet... ill get it to it.. lol

I checked the spark plug after everything was changed but then I dint ride the bike before checking and after the service. So that might not be the same right now. Will try and check it myself.

As for the AFR screw, if I know which screw I am talking about, then its stuck. Its the one just below the RPM screw but at the bottom of the carb right? Just confirming.
Will use some engine oil to loosen it.

Its the one marked in the pic here, right?

I tried to use the eng oil off the dip stick but couldnt get much that way. Not sure if it would be enough to loosen the screw. Any other way?

You got it wrong .it is the petrol bowl drain screw used for draining out sediments in the carb bowl....the AFR SCREW IS ON THE OTHER SIDE
I am using a PULSAR carb to show...in ZMA also the AFR screw is in the same place...rest are different...In ZMA it is in the gear lever side.
