Aneesh, sorry for the late reply. Motul 300 4t as well as the plus version are available in 20w40 grade. The Plus version should be better as it is API SL while 30004T is API SG only.

              • Has anybody used Joel free flow exhaust for Karizma with DB killer? if so please mention the pros and cons and availability in bangalore.
I am not able to understand why stock exhaust are designed for so much back pressure when there seems to be so much advantage with a free flow system which is also so much lighter than stock.

I searched the forum but wasnt able to find anyone using RC exhausts with DB killer. I mailed Joel but he is too busy to take on any zma projects. I guess r15 is where the money is as its got more potential to start with!

But if you do end up swapping your zma exhaust for something better, id be glad to buy the stock exhaust from you!

Santa, I am using the relay for the aux HID lamp but was a bit confused when you said relay after ballast..

Inspite of my repeated projection and request, I can't understand how,and why users are still referring to Motor oils standards and specs., as applicable to cars......JASO MA1 or MA2 is the oil spec.,a two wheeler user with wet clutch should look for..

                          • Guys, my bike's performance seem to have degraded when compared to its performance in March. During a long ride in March I was able to push the bike to 130kmph with fuel close to reserve and was able to take it to 120-125kmph with enough fuel in the tank.
But then I dint ride the bike much during April and as my brother was using it. Its during this period of time when the condition of the bike seemed to be bad. Thanks to PSR and Aneesh that I was able to fix the oil leaks and the air filter which got rid of the power drop issues I had.
After things were fixed I got to ride the bike hard and fast and was almost impossible to push it beyond 100kmph That too with less than half fuel tank. Any idea as to what else could be wrong with it?

                              • Aneesh, Thanks for suggesting me the M45. Its really a nice tyre and with the Pirelli as rear the breaking has improved a lot.
Had a high speed run(120-130kmph) for 10kms yesterday and was surprised with the grip this tyres offer in that speed

And ..it doesn't feel heavy now

                                Dude..regarding the engine oil, go for Motul 5100 15w15(Rs. 450) or 300V 15w50(Rs. 850).
                                I bet you wont regret!!!
