I dont know much about all these but I kinda get this feeling that the chain itself wont release so much of oil. And have if I am not wrong, the chain has to be oiled to keep it in good condition. Right?

@psr: Should I change the seals right or should first try chain cleaning? If you are certain about the leaks being from the mentioned seals then will get them changed right away, that way I wont have to wait longer.

Ok bro..Originally posted by harishsangwan View PostTheres some oil just below the air intake too, can be seen in the picture. It could be glue around the tube but theres oil for sure. It seem to be dripping from the joint. Will clean it up and update about the same later.
If you see oil like this,Its completely normal and there is nothing to worry.

See THISThis is greek for me
possible for u to indicate these in the mentioned manual. Too many seals and parts to zero in on one with my level of knowledge.
yes,you have to use engine oil for lubing chain, but it wont look like this. Not sure if the mechanic put in too much oil in the chain. But wont I have to use some oil for the chain even if I clean it dry with diesel?
Which particular oil seal are you talking about?
No,I am talking about this one.Is this ring included in the above mentioned seals?

May be,not sure,if anything goes bad during removal and if it gets damaged, you have to replace it.If you order parts, order that O ring too. Will I also have to replace the O-ring here? No.21 that is.
Yes,these are.Looks like all these issues are resulting in the degraded performance and the momentary power drop at certain point.

I lube my chain with Castrol bearing grease and found the noise to reduce by 50%, ....for the past 600 Kms...Originally posted by harishsangwan View Post@psr: Should I change the seals right or should first try chain cleaning? Oil used to lube chain change to black color, whereas your oil leak is light yellow..as from engine.....thats why I suspected the oil seals....In my Pre-owned ZMA soon as I bought found the same problem and changed the oil seals only to find that the Neutral indicator connecting stub was bad..due to it's 'O' ring failure...when you are changing it take care because engine oil will come out immediately through the stub hole.Drain oil before embarking on the change of oil seals. The stub with 'O' ring costs 28/- and the other oil seals are around 40 to 50 rupees only.
The Carburettor connecting insulator is more important to change as it directly affects engine performance. When Was The Last Time,You Did Something For The First Time.

How much does it costs, what's power usage, price and off course availability. Flipping back some pages, saw someone posting Philips LED however, it looks like had a blue tinge.RX100 1996 | Karizma 2004 | Karizma-R 2011 | RXZ 1999 | RX 135 1998 | RX 100 1993 | CBF150 2005 - 2011
