How much does it costs, what's power usage, price and off course availability. Flipping back some pages, saw someone posting Philips LED however, it looks like had a blue tinge.
Costs a bomb Rs. 1500/- for a pair, though I got them for FREE. Dont know about power usage. Availability is very sparse, since it has been launched recently.

@Aneesh : The ones mentioned is a filament type pilot lamp, same as our OE lamps & easily available at the Philips delaer & model no. is W5W whereas these pilot lamps have a LED in it & the model no. is T10.

Attaching some pics of the packet. The packet now contains the OE bulbs since I removed them & put it in here.

        • @psr and Aneesh: Got all the required fittings done. There was lot of dirt mixed with oil near the chain assembly at the crack case, cleaned it well. Oil was leaking from one of the Tappet Hole Cap too, got that changed. Rode for about 15kms after the service and did get to push it till 100kmph, as of now the power drop seem to have disappeared
Came back home and checked to see if there was any more oil leak, dint find any. Will know better about the performance when I get to hit the highway.

Thanks again for all the help and your patience guys.

            • The crack the I talking about on the insulator, it was just the rubber layer breaking off but still got it changed. Then the oil leak from neutral switch contact was visible. He said the oils seals were not needed but got those changed too. They dint cost much so went for the change, dint wanna wait for oil leak to realize that seals were supposed to be changed as well.
Now I need to get the headlights beam set. They were are all over the road when I was riding late night couple of days back. The mechanic did say that the screw setting of the high beam was already changed earlier but dint seem to work. Will change it myself sometime in the night.

                • I asked the mechanic to use grease for chain lubrication. Which he did. But I just checked the Karizma user manual and it says "Use only SAE-90 oil for lubrication".

Don't worry..oil gets thrown out when chain rotates at high speeds...grease sticks to it much better.....Grease should be applied on the inside of chain..so that it lubricates when it goes on the sprocket, and does not get thrown out at speeds.
Did you feel the difference in the chain noise ?

                    • Not sure if there was any change in chain noise, maybe thats coz I dont bother much about any noise. But did hear some air flapping noise during the test ride after the service. Told about it to the main mechanic and he took care of it. I guess the carburetor wasnt fit right when it was removed to change the insulator. Seems to be fine now.

                            • Worried!

Went to SVC today and had a talk with the service manager,He said, changing gasket may not solve the oil leak problem sometime,it may cause due to damage in cylinder also,So enquired about cylinder kit(they said it as cylinder kit) it will cost me 3000rs if its damaged. So he told me to take bike to svc tomorrow to check whether its the problem with the gasket or cylinder.I am totally worried will take my bike to svc tomorrow and will update soon.

Why gasket change ? oil leak from where ? I thought you are riding the ZMA with no probs....
If you want more power just remove the bottom Gasket of bore , apply liquid Gasket and you will get about a hp more, with higher compression..and higher FE.
