I am a newbie bro,so thanks for the help bro..

Again agreed but with my current setup, just like a stock bike, my bike hit 100 at same 6000rpm. That means the ratio is same na?? Correct me if am wrong. The only advantage is that i can use thinner chain(uni's chain is quiet thinner compare to zma).

Yes the ratio is nearly same. Stock is 13 front and 40 rear, so the RPM to speed remains almost same..Using a thinner chain is not advisable for ZMA since the amount of torque it develops will elongate the chain and eat up the sprockets quicker than stock.

My bike at 21,550 is still stock....some had used the Pulsar 180 or 220 cam chain tensioner..Since I had not done it so far cannot comment on the feasibility.

Bro,don't say it is annoying. KariZma has a charecteristic chain noise (like superbikes)which is due to the fact that the chain is aluminium coated,i think. And itz quite enjoyable.

advantage is nothing in this case because increment by one in gearbox sprocket is equivalent to reduction by 3 in rear sprocket

The bikes I owned is in my profile.....Karizma for engine refinement at any speed and RPM,as also stability. 41K. Thought of P180,TVS Apache 150,and Karizma.

yes will wear thin easily but performance wise its better na?

Chain not Aluminum coated...the chain noise is annoying because the engine is so refined and silent, and we expect the other parts of the bike to have the same.
Honda engines are all about refinement, and reliability. This engine is still manufactured and used in other countries also.

How will it improve performance ?...your sprocket ratio is the same and a thinner than recommended chain can elongate or break under load stress.
