  • I have one question, may sound silly though

Is it possible to obtain the rear disk setup of ZMR? I mean if we swap the rear tyre of ZMA-R with ZMR tyre?

      • guys i have done my 1st servicing 2 days ago.Now engine have become more smoother. Gear had already became little smoother after 200 km (I had changed oil around 150 km ) but now here is no further improvement in gear shift before and after servicing , they still feel hard and makes click noise.
Waiting for run in period to get over so that i can rip my zma to its potential

Using Choke in the morning, she starts immediately, but in evening after my office hrs, it refuses to start..even after using choke and kick starter Yesterday she took almost 5-7 minutes

            Any suggestions/solutions for this?
            Thanks in advance.

Castrol Bike zones are all closed down now. It seems Castrol has cancelled all the franchisees because of very poor service. Thats the case in Bangalore. not sure about the other cities.

Your help will be truly appreciated.

                • @kaynmantis: I tried opening the fuel cap and it worked Thank you!

1 more query: there are 3-4 outlets (pipes) at the bottom. In which one is closed at end. What is the purpose of that pipe? Just wondering

Just a summary of things which were not done properly:
                              1) The front Disc brake set up was not done properly, hence the screws were loose(to the extent that they cud be opened with bare hands).

                              2) Some screw which connects the forks to the handle bar was also loose(to the extent that they cud be opened with bare hands).

I was lucky enough to diagonise the defects soon enough, other wise it wud have been serious..

I checked and found that the rear drum brake rubber was broken thats why there was sound coming.

i got it fixed by my Mech today thanks for your advice
