Never try to straighten a bent fork leg and Re-use...It is the inner tube which will be bent..replace and have peace of mind.
Its not tight, not bumpy, working fine, even i can ride with my hands off ,bike never turns to a side.So what will be the problem?

Yes I meant Part no 11.,if you had changed and have no improvement, check trueness of Handle bar again..because you had changed all the necessary parts and if fork also ok(from what you say)..then only the handle bar remains to be checked again.

It is the Fork inner tube and if it is bent, then there will be resistance to its smooth telescopic action..The front fork in out movement will be tight and ride will be bumpy,....and due to it's erroneous in/out movement the fork oil seal will be damaged.

So you had downloaded the manual from my link...hhmmmm ask yourself the question.."what will happen if the part 3 indicated is bent ?" sit on your bike visualize the part and try to understand how the part works .

                          • Help me, guys. My bike is having a starting problem. It is not the common cold start problem. Engine comes to life and then simply shuts off, exactly as if there is no petrol. I pulled choke, opened fuel tank to avoid vapour lock, kick started etc. But nothing worked. Aftr about 15 minutes, i again tried and bike started . Everything became normal. My neighbour told, since i am washing the bike quite often, water would have entered air filter. Today morning also faced this issue.(friday night i have washed the bike ). I tried again after an hour. The bike was ok and had no problems. Wat could be the reason?

Yeah downloaded and saved it in my PC! A small bend may lead to the problem, but my doubt is if the stem is affected ,then the forks will also be affected as the forks are fixed on this stem, right?

I also faced the same problem,When your bike behave like this, just turn off the ignition and turn it on again,Then it will start normally. Try this trick tomorrow morning and let me know the result
