  • Sirac street --> no need , The Pilot sport is a real soft compound , it ll get eaten up on my tours like in hardly anytime.

I have the Pilot sport 120/70-17 for my comet front tire , excellent grip .. But wears out too quickly for my liking.
    Left with M45 :-)

    • The M45 is 2700/- (Rear - 4.00-18) here in Bangalore..Bought them 4 months back from Cheery Agencies on J.C Road. The guy looked reasonable and was quoted about the same price from most dealers.Am now having my doubts about this....
Are you guys talking about the front or rear ones.

            Naahi???

Well there is nothing much that can be done now
I guess my future purchases will be with more consultation on prices.

@Santoosh :However the tyre is superb for the ZMA and strongly recommend for your kind of riding

            • Yeah , I have the Front m45 and its awesome ,
Running the stock shitty mrf still cos the tire prices now are rocket high . Want to extract every possible rupee from it..
Its summer , so the Zapper is still ok..

@asif-- Does it touch the Brake rod or any place on the chain guard?

              • Yes that the only "modification" you need to do is to slightly bend the brake rod...I have the 4.00-18 and had to bend the brake rod slightly.
The M45 does come is 3.25-18 too isn't that equivalent to 100/90-18.

But mostly people say that it would not touch the chain guard...Only the new mush/bristles on the tyre touches the chain guard but that's only for a few kms and then its fine....I anyways have my chain guard taken off.

I think u have m45 4.00 x18 although its not clear from the pictures. If so i feel the diameter will be much more than the stock tyre resulting in weaker acceleration and more gear shifts especially in city. I have a feeling 120x80 18 might just fit in. The diameter is also close to stock. I have read some saying about cutting a small portion of chain cover.

Some one here has fixed cbz extreme crash guard on Karizma R. I am now thinking of getting it fixed. It'll definately prove its worth. Maybe i need to get rid of the bottom engine cover.

People here have tried other 55/60 h4 bulbs with success. I too am considering this.
