The SVC people are getting stuppider by the minute.
What will be the float's relative position, esp.,when the tank is full with petrol ,.... after it had been bent backwards due to hitting a pot hole at high speed?
May be I have to learn some more before posting or i will be called names too...

Sir, I know what you're getting at, to verify the SVC's statement I had filled half a tank(Which can clearly be seen in the video.) and now the sound only comes when shaking the bike to and fro, and is considerably less audible, before it was more audible and could be heard when the bike was shook sideways as well. So in short when half filled if the effect is muffled to almost half then I assume when full tank it'd be completely covered up. And also do note that the issue surfaced when my fuel level was low, when I was running full tank nothing of this sort popped up.

The answer to your problem ..
The float is ALWAYS set parallel to the bottom of the tank and with 500 ml or less ,will be held up ,without touching the bottom.. This is achieved by a small projection in the float assembly base..similarly when the tank is being filled to full, the float will be restrained from hitting the tank..If by chance the float assembly is subjected to severe mechanical shock the float arm might bend and the whole calibration as well as it's proper mounting may go out of alignment.

So in my case, I suspect the arm to be bent downwards, resulting in knocking when low on gas. And the issue disappearing when gas is filled. Am I right?

          Edit.
Oops I forgot to mention, dont know if my readings wrong or anything, but today when filled 400rs petrol the guage is showing half tank, and the bike had run abit in reserve as well. Before even when there was 2 bars the bike could take in 1k rs petrol. So am also assuming that my readings have become abit optimistic.

Check if there are any stone/stones in the tank.

Would you believe me if I told I already did that, by inserting my granny's phone into the tank after setting the timer. My effort was in vain though, cause the tank is kinda twisted or something, no matter how deep you push in the camera, it'll only shoot pics of the tank wall.

Anyways, did you take a look at the comparison video that i'd posted earlier.?

Erroneous reading compared to before confirms that the float arm is bent,or loose contact in the float resistor...

Case closed then, and the sad part is that I cant claim warranty on it, but on the good side its ok, cause on my friends Fazer no matter how much we fill the guage shows empty.

btw your ZMA sounds better now with that filter.

Sound is'nt the Cosworth's speciality. In the video the bike's parked in a corner and hence the sound resonates more than needed. In reality while riding the bike sounds just like stock, except for the mild thump between 4~6k.

In this pic, can you see a dark elliptical spot on the rod just above the oil seal?
I'm stupid enough not to change the fork oil even a single time in the last 30.5k kms, and the mechanic said thats the reason it has got this mark and when I asked him to change the fork oil now he said that if the oil seal and oil are changed now then the oil seal will be damaged in 2-3 days and I must change the rod before I plan to change the oil.
Although regarding depth of this mark, it is not deep and it is just a smooth mark I can touch..but I trust that mechanic as well, he was surely speaking from his experience.

Seniors, can you please guide me on this matter? To go for the seal and oil change or to the rod change first?

Practically speaking theres no need to change the rod, cause I've seen old bikes with rusted forks working well without a leak. Though technically the patch poses as a threat, cause theres a risk of the seal wearing prematurely.

I guess the mechanic talked rubbish regarding the patch forming because of not changing fork oil. Never saw on any new bike like that. If fork oil is the culprit, why only a patch formed? I guess its a defective tube, or due to some other reason.

If it helps, the Bosh normal horns are available as single for 250/- per piece, the high tones are kinda loud and decent, though not a VFM at 250/-.

Sir, I believe its not defective, and happens with time and wear, cause in my Kiney's cage the chrome used to peel off when the pillions carelessly use it to climb on to the seat.
