  • Guys..

I've bought Honda Tuff-Up tubes from the Honda showroom.
will be using it in MICHELIN SIRAC STREET 100/90*18 Tyre.. in my karizma R..

    I wanted Unicorn's tuff-up tube as Unicorn's rear tyre is 100/90*18..
the Honda guys, gave me a 3.00*18 sized tube.. n.. said.. "It is fitted in the unicorn"..

now.. will there be any problem if I put 3.00 tube in a 100/90 Tyre..???

    Is.. 3.00 equivalent to 100/90??

I'll be using my Bike for Rally'ing in this coming June... So, need some expert advice..!
    Plz help..

    • Rather than a tube , Make the rear a tubeless .
Both my tires are Tube type (m45) being used as a TL.

        • karizma knocking sound

i am facing a small issue. when return frm office, the bike makes a small clicking sound. when showd to a mechanic, he said the tappets, rocker arm needs to be checked for setting. but today i services my bike at HH ASC, and the guy over there said, "if sound comes when engine is too hot, i.e after a long run, then its normal. every bike has it. and karizma has high clearance in valves, so they make sound".
after service, the sound is minimised or vansied. but am still concerned abt the sound. does all karizma make such sound??

Yes they are good, good for nothing. But in what context are you asking? I bought my bike from them. the bike was scratched in 2 places. once while servicing my bike i saw them drop another bike while offloading from a truck. my bike also had a electrical problem for which it took multiple visits for them to rectify, only after creating a scene and complaining to the manager they got it fixed. their servicing is bad they will only wash the bike and give, wont fix any extra problems you mention other than regular servicing. they never have even basic spares at the shop there is always a waiting of 10-15 days.

the engine oil they put while servicing lasts only 1000 kms. when i asked them for a can of engine oil as i wanted to fill it on my own they said they dont have cans only barrels. i found out from a friend that they refine used engine oil and use it again. after a fall i had to replace the handle bar as it was bent. i was charged for a new handle bar but later realized it was the same handle bar bent back to original shape. had to buy another one as it was still bent and affecting handling. these guys are good.....in filling their pockets.
I bought the Ninja 250R !!.....And then i woke up :(

That's amazing spread on low and good throw on the hi beam. I know HID's are alot cooler than halogen, anything done with the battery pack or running on stock 7ah?

Ohhh... One of my friend is facing some problems like nik nik sound(I think its tappet sound) So he went to that svc to check it and they told its completely normal and is common in all bikes without even necessary checkings. That's why i had posted it here, anyway thanks bro, thanks for your valuable reply. I think its time for him to change his SVC.

55w H4 Bi xenon 4300k will cost you around 3400 INR.
On the 7 amp battery , it should be ok , not a problem.

The stock set up supports a 60/55w bulb with no issues , So this HID aint going to pose any problems.

Thats not bad. I might think of changing my setup too. Just not happy with current light and will worse in the rain. Are these legal or would attract some unnecessary attention of the cops?
Also, does the low beam of the mentioned setup cause any problem to the oncoming traffic?
