i think its not a direct fit. You may have to make some clamps/holes.

      • Guys,My brother had an accident yesterday, bike fell down, handles bent, clutch lever bend and the end weights scratched! and the another thing is when i check the oil level after 200KM trip few days before ,the oil level is down ,I had noticed an oil leak from the top of the engine, mechanic said me to buy a new O Ring,so changed it and filled with oil that day,Yesterday after another 200km trip, the oil level had decreased a lot ,I can see oil on the left side of the engine and on the top left side of engine head,What will be the problem? I had issue with the cam tensioner, gave the bike to svc, they repaired it and after that this problem started ! Hep me guys, PSR???? bro please help me

The screw on the top of left crank case is for timing inspection...only if main crank shaft oil seal is gone and oil is coming into the Magneto rotor and stator side you will see oil there..to cross check open the left crank case and see if there is oil present..this may also be the reason for the oil leak seen at the bottom of crank case...
Go to Page 28 E-7.& E-7A.left crank case cover...open it and see..

So from where does the oil come from?I think instead of gaskets ,the svc had used some king of paste or something(Orange in color) between the parts,Is that a problem?

It is liquid Gasket and will not cause problem...If it comes from inside the left crankcase, then it must be the crank shaft oil seal..if it is from the sprocket/gear shifter oil seal failure,it can be changed at Rs.70/-. There is also a neutral indicator connecting stub which can leak oil and it is 28/-.
First do a correct diagnosis, then only a cure is possible

@Naveen & Shadu: Coming up soon bro.

The FZ Crash guard is not so good due to its built quality and the paint quality. It is manufactured by OMESH.

Once a liquid gasket is set ,it will get damaged if you move the parts...so you may have to replace the gasket when you remove it.

I mean replacing all liquid gaskets with the OEM one,Is that a good idea?

Certain areas will have only liquid gaskets(the two half of crankcase),while others will have the conventional gasket...You can replace the conventional gasket with liquid gasket...but where liquid gaskets are to be used there is NO OTHER REPLACEMENT.
