^^Well I dont know whats stem and hence asked about what T-Stem alignment meant.
I forgot to update about the test ride I did on my bike last night.
-Fixed the headlight setting and its much better now. But not good enough, unless its pitch black. So might end up having HID someday.
-I changed the AFR setting as told by PSR. Full clockwise rotation and then 4 turns anti-clockwise. I did feel the change a bit, hope its not just my mind playing tricks
Throttle response felt a little better.
Things that bothered me:
-There was some noise at the front end of the bike. First it seemed as if the keychain ring was vibrating. But then I removed it and the noise was still there.
-The engine is not that smooth. Not sure how to explain this one, I guess only a ride will tell you about it.

Think I ll have to live with that for nowOriginally posted by psr View PostI think the Disc is bent...
Will change it sometime later on as the braking is decent only now..
I do not have a crash guard fixed. So I should fill up fork oil I guess. Should i take it to my mech or can I only do it? Any guide for it?Originally posted by psr View PostTwo possible Causes are ..
1. If you have less front fork oil there will be less damping and on a bump the fork will go in all the way and retract giving you the sound.
2. If you have a Crash guard not fitted properly, then the front Mud Guard will hit it when the fork goes all the way in...check the front mud guard...if you see a horizontal mark on it 3 inches away from fork tubes...then surely your crash guard is hitting the mud guard. We are miles away from the routine.

aneesh, have you changed this seal shown in the 7th numberOriginally posted by Aneesh@4GHz View PostOpened Engine today, clicked Some Pics.
There was only 4 rings in the piston
, Actually karizma's piston contains 5 rings.Replaced it with new set of piston rings.

if so, could you please show me the old/new one?Last edited by BOND_001; 05-27-2011, 05:10 PM.

No it is not DIY..better left to a good mech. drain the old oil and fill the required amount with Fresh New oil.Originally posted by MAXzma View PostThink I ll have to live with that for now
