Now i am running with AFR screw at 4 turns.Little richer but you can feel that while accelerating.

Ok,Thanks for the reply sir,I think we had placed the bulb wrong way,will remove and refit the bulb later,because the writings on the bulb are on the side now,Normally its on the top i guess.

i done it to 3.5 let see tom. morning and 1 thing i skip to tell that engine is heating up very quick..like skin near my ankle can feel the heat..in few kms...???
n wht should i do ..?

That should be the one - although in my bike , I think it's aluminum colored .

Update Regarding the same :
Yesterday, when I leaved the office in the evening, my bike was on reserve as mentioned above i.e. reserve started on 58.3KMS. Distance between my office and home is around 38KMS.
During this entire journey I was thinking to fill in the petrol but the urge just to check how much it will run in reserve and didn't filled it up.
I reached home without the bike stalling anywhere, and on the trip it was 115.1KMS i.e. it ran 56.8KMS in reserve.

And I got a whooping FE of 38.11KMPL for the 200/- petrol that I filled in earlier.

All Thanks to PSR sir for his guidance.
@Aneesh : I had a word with PSR sir, why I got low FE's when I was running lean, he said it was all due to the Air Filter that was clogged.
