    I may be wrong, I remember seeing it in the part catalogue but dont remember the price... the footpegs itself costs just 68Rs I dont know if they would charge so much for it!

      kits

      When I was going through the yamaha india website,noticed that racing kits which include ecu,etc are going to be launched in september. pls go through it guys. And what is it all about?? What would be the cost?? And the kind of improvement in performance??

        I delayed changing the rear brake pads too much&now metal has contacted the disc. I heard some scratching noise&immediately stopped using the rear completely. Was very surprised to see no liner left at all!
        Now my bike is lying at home till I get the pads changed.
        I just hope the disc is not scratched too much.
        Quench my thirst with gasoline!

          R15 front foot pegs cost only Rs.68.00 and the page scraper (Balancer) cost Rs.260.00 per pc. In that case one could use the balancer of the FZ which is only Rs.25.00 may be a RTR's cost only Rs.20.00.

          Choice is yours.

                  I feel that the materials used in the rotor of R15 is a bit in the softer side than the rotors used in other bikes.. Especially say pulsar. I was running my P 150 with worn out disk pad for nearly 4 k KM. There wasn’t any appreciable dimensional loss to the Rotor, though the Base of the Disk pad got embedded to the caliper due to excessive heat. Humm. Had to use a blow torch to remove the pads from the caliper and then the cylinder assembly in the calipers were changed with new ones along with the seal.

                  In R 15, the rotor shows appreciable loss in thickness even if you continue using the worn out pads for some time….

                    tht's why when i changed my RTR's peg to R15's i used the scraper from my RTR......

                      has anybody faced a prob of getting water inside the headlight??
                      i am facing it...

                      what to do??

                        In the manual it says fuel tank capacity of the R15 is 12 litres, does it mean main and reserve total 12, ie 10+2 , or main alone 12 litres?

                            i too have seen moisture in my headlights and when reported to the show room abt the problem the service person said it is just because of water coming through the bulb holder just besides the meter console and that too due to heavy pressure of water sprayed when washing!

                                yupp as murthy said the reserve + tank =12 ltrs
                                but the reserve in R15 is not exact as it is digital..
