@Motormania: Yup, I've been told time and again that it doesn't really matter WHEN I shift to a different brand of engine oil, and stuff. Surprisingly, I have been quite satisfied thus far with the engine oil that the PBK stuff pours in. It has performed wonderfully, although, I know after I start using Motul, probably, I would never go back to anything else.

Hello guys, any idea anyone about my issue of recieving vibrations feedback from the front brake when I apply it to slow down my Pulsar 200!!Originally posted by csajal View PostHi BORN2LEAD!!
Thanks a lot for replying bro!!
The bike has done arround 18K on the odo!! A couple of service back I had the front brake shoe changed as it got worn off..... and the problem started after that....
I also got the handle alignment checked or if the handle bar was loose... but that was also not the case.
Any suggestion is much appreciated!!

What i heard is.. the fully synthetic Motul oil doesn't go well with the 200/220, I myself use Motul 5100 (semi-synthetic).. it's better than the Castrol active 4T the PBK guys use in Mumbai. Those people who tell you not to take chances

29000+ kms so far on the meter of my P200, Used Motul 300V ever since 8000 kms. No problem what so ever...Originally posted by MotorBreath! Just after 28000 kms switched to 5100, it is good but not as great as 300V, so would switch back soon

aah Orkut Community... There was one I remember in the very beginning of Feb 2007 when P200 was launched, that said front shocks are faulty Dont Buy. There were just couple of instances those were made gory.Originally posted by MotorBreath! View Post^^^ good for u

I am not saying what I have is the best, I can probably right down 1/2 a page on areas of improvements and suggestions on my experience. But 300V is highly recommended from my side.I'd rather be riding my motorcycle thinking about God than sitting in church thinking about my motorcycle.

^^ I read somewhere, that the foot pegs from an R15 are a direct fit onto the 200, you just have to find the right set of screws and bolts to put the pegs on the sub-frame, reg. the mono, it's better if you stay stock because the swingarm from both the the Uni and the R15 are not going to be a direct fit and you probably need to carry out some mods on the frame probably which is not a good idea as it may (mostly will) spoil the bike's original dynamics, making it probably difficult to handle
Switched to Motul 300v at approx. 25xxkms on the odo, the bike was on an absolute song, no matter the how much it got abusedOriginally posted by MotorBreath!
