    use bigger front gear.
    port n polish the engine.
use conventional carb such as PWK28.
    use high flow air filter.
    racing exhaust.
    and CDI programable.

      Cheetah Power programable CDI
High Performance Coil ( andrion XP2A, protec, Blue thunder3 )
      XADO metal treatment

      • completed my first service at 580kms... did a 200kms breakfast ride on sunday... keeping the bike below 5k rpm most of the time and an occasional push to 6k rpm.. bike's beginning to free up a little.. gave me an approximate average of ~49kmpl... pretty impressed...

maybe you need to convert from rupiah to rupee

JFC air filter replacement(using same filter material as K&N) = Rp. 190.000 (faster acceleration, safe for vacuum carb, gaining 0,5dk on dyno test with better torque at lower rpm)
BRT smart click CDI with advancer Rp. 600.000 (advancing the engine timing, make the two sparkplugs spark simultaneously from low RPM till high RPM, modify the RPM limiter).
Cheetah Power programable CDI (same like BRT, but u need to use two CDI CP)
          High Performance Coil ( andrion XP2A, protec, Blue thunder3 ) @Rp. 170.000-Rp. 185.000 (bigger spark, better ignition)
XADO metal treatment Rp. 130.000 (engine coating)
koso 28 with power jet carburetor Rp.650.000 (better engine response)
PE28 carburetor Rp.600.000 (better engine response)

maybe Mr. Hanx can add something else?.

          note : that price approximately

Though it may sound simple as T-ners has pointed out above, it's unfortunately not! don't get me wrong T-ners i'm sure you will argue otherwise, but the fact is that you have way better resources in being able to find, use, and even measure you bike's effieciency to the extent that you are even able to tell us which, timings will give affect the performance at which point of the powerband but, the cold reality is that we have absolutely no way of doing all that here in India, let alone get our hands on such products, also porting an engine is a very tedious ad painstaking procedure one that needs an expert hand to be able to do it correctly, finally the price you pay there need not be the same here too, probably it's cheap to get these parts there because they are so common, but the scarcity may rise the prices here. I'm not posting (as i've been to numerous similar posts) this to sound pessimistic, it's just that we have not reached a that level of sophistication here yet.
I'm too intelligent to the unintended, and too dumb for the obvious.

            • Any solution to the below mentioned problems, i am going to Auto Service tomorrow.

Gear sometimes jumps from 2nd gear into NEUTRAL by itself or when i hit a pothole on an incline.

When i shut the throttle completely after taking the engine to high revs say 7000-8000 RPM, i get lot of vibrations, also note that vibrations are MORE in lower gears, so if i do the same in higher gear the vibrations are much LESS.

General solution to reduce harshness and engine vibrations.

Parts replacement if any, i have clocked 10750Kms. Changed fork oil, spark pulg, air filter in the previous service.

              Thanks in advance

What? How can this happen suddenly? I don't think that is common with ANY bike! You mean you are not able to turn the handle to the left? You have to FORCE it?
                  :)

No i dont think so. Not with 200 or 220. Is there any wire/cable getting tensed, check it out? I am sure its just a small problem

                    • no no.. i can turn the bike.. it just isnt free... kinda holds back ( not too tight)
ok.. test : put bike on center stand and ask someone to hold the bike down at the rear.. keep the handle bar at the straight position and just tap it so that it turns sideways..
Result on my bike: it freely moves to the right but doesn't move freely to the left... stops at intermediate positions...
sheesh i hope that was clear!
will get it checked out tomorrow and post up... should'nt be anything serious..

                      • @wolfy: As RX said, probably some cable or something is not letting the handle-bar move freely to the left.
                        :)

could be an issue with the balls

err... I mean, the ones in the fork cone set. This is in place to provide easy steering of the bike and that's the only thing that holds the handlebar-forks-tyre assembly to the chasis.

If nothing is found in preliminary examination you may want to check this. Also, has the bike started to make any tak kind of noise when it takes the bumps or pot holes? May be a weak sound now... if yes, then don't wait to open the fork cone set.

check front fork alignment, BALL bearings.....etc.

                              • today i went to my friend's garage to crack my P200 engine...

after measuring, P200 engine spec's awesome,, with a litle tuning it'll be a drag machine ...
as stated as in the 4 Stroke Performance Tuning, by A.Graham Bell, its camshaft, bearing, exhaust port, valve, etc.. are meet the requirements for a race engine or a semi-race engine.

but somehow i don't understand about its standard performance.. it's all below a semi-race engine..
maybe Bajaj limit it to a standard option, but i don't know where they limit it.
