Hi Guys,
I own a Pulsar 200 Blue which is almost 18 Months Old.... It is making some kind of vibration and whenever the speed is below 30kmphs it makes some sound as well. I service it, in every 45 days or once I complete 1500 KM from a local garage.....
The service guy says that it is the plastic fiber parts which are making that vibration and noise and there is nothing can be done..... but I think it is something else because on higher speed the bike becomes very smooth...... and the vibration which comes on lower speed I believe it is from front.... Need your help guys because that noise is driving me nuts....

What on earth? There can't be any such noise that PBK can do nothing about. I get such noises from my chain sometimes. And my silencer makes a disgusting sound because the filter inside the cat-con has lost it's welding, and has to be re-welded. What noise can you hear? Can you be a bit more precise? Hey really not sure of what kind of noise and vibraton it is........ that's the reason it is more concerning.... I think it something to do with My Tank...... My chain as well use to make noise but I have started using a Chain cleaner and lubricant becaue of which My Chain has completely stopped making nosie..... so I beleive it should fix your problem as wellllll you can try it....... Don't use OIL to Lubricate your Chain...

hello friends im new to xbhp.......
i'm planning to buy a new bike probably pulsar200 or rtr160.
i'm interested in pulsar200 but i heard that there is no kick start for that bike which leads to starting problem whenever battery goes down.i'm worried because i sometimes dont use the bike for more than 10 days and have higher chances of battery becoming weak..
only for reason is the reason which is making me to give higher priority to rtr160.
please help me out ..
and anyone please let me know that can i fix a kicker to pulsar200.Comment

^^ To be honest, I don't feel any substantial change in pick up or top speed.
Got to compare the bike to a 200 with stock tires last night. The back feels so much better... but, the front feels heavier compared to stock.. not sure if its my folks(which I overhauled recently at PBK by the way) or that the front and rear tires are not compatible (I have a strange feeling the back it trying to take one line while the front is going in another direction). Anyway I'll know for sure when I get the R15 fronts as well.
Also had a drag race with the other 200 in besant nagar. won the drag with ease. the other guys 200 had a K&N and a custom CDI. I had a 30kg weight advantage.
