    Hey Guys,
thinking of buying red twister this week.....

But i checked some reviews....n found these points...can anybody help me regarding this??

    1. i am buying this bike for mileage & lot of guys are claiming that their twister's mileage reduced & came to 45KMPL..

this is kinda shocking....what is the usage if twister fails to deliver mileage??

    is it true?

    2. Skidding:
lot of guys claim that bike skids a lot...is it safe ???

    Thank u....

yes am sure am sure.. at first used to get even crosses of 100+ .. i could not believe it so hav sone several tests during my everyday run carryin exact 1l bottles and filling whn tank is dry (i do a mileage test almost every month at times whn i get it serviced for the next 3lts i put in- always after a dry tank till the engine gasps its last possible stroke with help of kicker ) .. lowest i ever got was 82.. i know company claims 70 but idk how am getting 85-97.. i keep my tyres a bit overflated that all that i do (28 front - 38 rear) ..also i drive at avg 50.. just around 60.. also every 1500-2000kms oil change . but that will increae to 3k once bike reaches 10000kms..

Red is a good choice.. i hav one Red and one White.. i feel the Red and Green are best....
Whn there is dust on the red and green is not too visible untill tooo close.. but with the rest especially black and white it turns to be bit prominent...

and yeah my second twister (which i got second hand) gives 65-73 .. tryin to get the figures i get on the first twister onto that too

Red good choice.. Mileage idk what to comment on that i personally get 85+ on one and 65+ on the other..
Skidding is not that prominent.. if u learn how to make optimum use of the brakes not an issue.. initially i too had minor problems that too during rains but not i brake hard from 75 to 0 with out skidding.60/40 trick :P.. but like most stovk tyres on any bike out there loose gravel is always an issue .. besides if u are driving safe and around 40 to 50 like u should legally :P u dont hav to worry about skidding :P

Don't do that , you were careful to run in your bike with regular oil changes at 2k is the reason your first twister is working so well IMHO .Possibly your second twister didn't receive this initial love and oil . So better stick to 2k oil changes, not much savings by extending it . Just my humble suggestion .

              1. I'm using twister past 2 yrs crossed 22k kms still it's giving me a constant mileage of 65-70kmpl

              2. Don't worry about this bcz company itself they changed to a new type of rear tyre which is having a lots grip.

i have a feeling that, after 1 st year..black color loses its shine,,& which makes bike look dull..where is red shines nicely for few more years.. & like you said..dust is not visible..white is very difficult to manage...

M buying Self start/ Disc variant..was confused between red or black..
                  but will go for RED..

                  thanks..

I have heard that changing tires (bigger) decrease mileage..how you mileage increased..upto 93kmpl..That's very impressive....

can you tell me what exactly you did??

Red for sure .hands down ! sef ofcourse! but betwen disc and drum i dont really find any difference.. as my red is drum and white is disc.. i feel 3k more for a disc is not really worth it coz there really is no difference in braking.. just that hav to be more careful with the disc , not to yank it hard especially on dirt or gravel.. id suggest u go for the drum and save that much even in the long run its cheaper to maintain the drum than discs.. ..
