You will have to cut the pulsar coil wire from engine and take it to the pink wire and the gray wire goes back to the original cut wire.
    OR
chase down the original wire and see for a connector, use that connector to avoid cuts in the stock wiring.
The immobilizer acts as a on/off switch.

(I may be wrong, please get it installed professionally)

It comes from pulser coil also known as pickup coil and goes to TCI or a CDI(other bikes)
            Usually a black colored box.

            @ALL
Can anyone confirm the type of ignition in owners manual specifications ?
            CDI or TCI
Its 99% TCI because there is no ignition source coil.

Hey it's too easy job in our bike bcz of it's open chain guard. first you need to tighten your chain to maintain the slag(Free-play). Then put the bike in center stand & start the bike put it on 1st gear then put a oil on both side of chain.

On the company site they mentioned Digital CDI ignition.
What's the diff btw TCI & CDI ignitions

but how does the immobilizer work ?? the pink and gray wires are not connected to anything. (diagram suggests pulsar coil , what is that ?)..

remote start works, i can drive without key by using remote start and stop.. but immobilizer ??

In a CLS there is some wires which are not use in our bike & some wires which are used in our bike is not use in other bikes. The CLS is having lot of wires for diff model bikes.. So dont worry about this.

If you want to check your immobilizer lock the bike by remote & try to switch ON the bike using the key not by remote. They CLS not allow you to start & the warning sound ll come.

as of what i hav learned the immobiizer will prevent ignition without disarming.. and with the current connections i can start and run the bike even whn the cls is armed.. also the immobilizer will not let bike start even if is disconnected or cut or tampered .. so even if the siren/ sound does not work its best to hav the immobilizer :P

Fyber never do this. Rajselvam beg you not to preach unsafe methods like this which can cause to loose fingers .Moderator please delete the above post..... As it does not comply with forum rules

FYber once you adjust slack put the bike in center stand and rotate the back wheel with your hand. use your other hand to spary the chain clean spray cum lubricant. Alternativley you can use tooth brush and kerosene/disel to clean the chain and then use an oil can filled with SAE 90 gear oil to lubricate the chain. Never put the bike in gear and do like Rajaselvam said

                          • Hey Guys,

My friends say that twister can not be used on highways.
because of low power ... & small fuel tank..

                            do u agree ??

8 Liters of tank is very less compared to other bikes..

anybody has done any long trip of 250KM or more??
pls share your personal experience ..

                            Thanks

I have done a 1500km round trip on highway on my twister. I have filled my take with 11ltrs on two ocassions... touched 95kmph without vibrations.. touched a max of 110 on speedo.. got a mileage of 75kmpl with speed varying from 75-95 is that not enough for a testimony

I get a mileage of 68-72kmpl in Nagpur city limits which I belive is best in class for a 110cc bike
