Better keep it below 50kmph (in top gear) till the next service. The point is not to rev the engine too much. But at the same time do not ride it in a constant rpm. It should be varying . You should keep on changing the rev. In the city it happens naturally as you have to shift down, shift up, stop at the signal, increase/decrease speed etc. But in high way you might be riding at a constant speed. And that's not good for the engine during the run-in. You need to keep on varying the speed to vary the rev. Give a little bit load for the engine every now and then (on highway). I got this point somewhere from this forum itself.
I change oil during every service. And after the second service I started hitting 90kmph. Now if I get empty stretch I touch 3 digit speed. Still the bike is rock solid.
Love the ride, not the destination

I would suggest not to exceed 50 till second service. Its not actually the speed to be kept low but to keep RPM under control.but since Twister does not have tachometer you never know what RPM you are riding. To vary the engine RPM use engine braking as much as possible.i used this very extensively during my running in.this helps in getting better mileage as well.

yes definitely you should change the oil and also get oil filter cleaned.your running in is not completely over yet.whats more the Honda 10W30 mineral oil lasts around 1500km only(personnel opinion)and also one of the cheapest in market at 162 Rs/bottle.

Did a 200km long trip with twister Nagpur-Katol-Kalameshwar-Dhapewada-Adasa-Saoner-Jam Savli(MP)-Koradi-Nagpur with dad on pillion extremely wet highway in splashing rain... No skidding excellent mileage... Say around 65 kmpl with a spped between 60-70 kmph on most stretch.... excellent handling.. had to take breaks as pillion was feeling butt pain after 100km... Hats off to Honda for a great engine on a 110cc bike

                    That's perfectly normal.

Did you get a chance to test the higher capacity headlight bulb? I too want to change my headlight bulb, so was just wondering if you did try it out.

me too bought a 20W40 honda oil(white bottle) from a reputed BP petrol bunk(with bill).Honda dealers are only keeping 10W30(silver bottle)here in Goa.I have kept the old oil for draining overnight and will put the new oil in the morning.
Ramesh, looking at bottle below can you spot any difference with your bottle given by Honda?i hope mine is not fake.
                      MRP 172(one month old bottle).

Bright could feel the diffrence... but felt that AC is getting a lil bit overloaded..... had consulted ASC he said there is buffer capacity in alternator.... confused whether to change or not

ramesh, tried doing some calculation.correct me if i am wrong.as per the manual, alternator capacity is 140 watts at 5000RPM and total combined load of all lights comes to 88 watts.so 140-88=50watts you are left with. now out of this 50 watts some power will be drown by the Horn and Ignition system via battery but how much of power required for this is not given in manual.so in any case you do not have more than 50 watts to play with.now if you are replacing 35 watt bulb with 55watt bulb then additional 20 will be consumed from remaining 50watts.
that means 30 watts is left for horn and ignition system....is this the buffer? and if you are riding at less then 5000RPM then i think alternator will generate less power because power produced by alternator depends on the running RPM i.e at lower speeds less power will be produced. In my opinion ignition system may get affected.
By the way do check your CBR user manual for its alternator capacity as i have read somewhere that CBR has got the 55W bulb which you want try on twister.

Yes CBR has a 55w bulb... I changed it to philps xtreme at the showroom it self.. xcellent thruougput..I guess the horn and ignition uses the power stored in the battery and the battery charges via alternator... so what needs to be checked is how much watts does battery draw to charge.. Anyways I will change only after 100% confirmation dat it will not overload.... Keri around 5- 6km from mardol.... and Veling... I usually stay at Veling Shanta durga temple.... when I visit Goa......
