Re: Precautions after installing new piston rings
for on road, corner thrills.. Opt for zapper Q. Ceat Vertigo doesn't inspire confidence into corners once its past 7-10k kms old. (50% of life) But zapper is not that good while off roading & that's where ceat shines..Originally posted by RyderPavan View PostBest Tyre for Stunner?? Anyone!!? Planning to replace the rear one...

Zapper Q is already the stock tyre of Stunner right? Or is it Zapper Y?.. I want to try something else now, maybe i will go with Ceat or Michellin...thanks!Originally posted by Honda_CBF View Postfor on road, corner thrills.. Opt for zapper Q. There are many negative reviews about the performance of Michelin tyres in wet conditions .......... please cross checkOriginally posted by RyderPavan View PostZapper Q is already the stock tyre of Stunner right? Re: Precautions after installing new piston rings
Stock tyres I've seen on stunner were tvs & zapper Y. Btw, I'm currently using conti go at rear. Its bad while off roading, and good (not great
) at wet & dry tarmac.

Re: Precautions after installing new piston rings
I have been using MRF MoGrip at rear. Using it as a tubeless one and it's been an awesome tire so far. Very good on road grip. Have also used this while off roading, riding in slush, snow etc and found it to be very good. Also, I love cornering now with this tire, inspires a lot of confidence.
Also, for Ceat Vertigo, I have heard that it is one of the best tires for off-roading but is not very good on road. Not sure though as haven't used it.Last edited by Raminder_Singh; 07-19-2013, 07:17 AM.

Re: Precautions after installing new piston rings
Use anything but Michelin. Its worse than bald tyres in wet conditions. Just a bit of water on the road and you're in trouble. I threw away my Michelin after using for just about a year. Opted for Dunlop Geo-Cruiser. Its awesome both wet and dry. Just make sure you have proper air pressure. You will get it in 100/90-17 for your stunner.Originally posted by RyderPavan View PostZapper Q is already the stock tyre of Stunner right? Or is it Zapper Y?..
