Re: Bajaj Avenger - All versions
Does anyone have any clue regarding Tubeless tyres that bajaj apparently was said to be secretly working on?
I know that a front tubeless of this dimension is available but what about the rear one?

Acceleration problem with my avenger
Guys, one strange problem I have faced today. I was on highway and doing triple digit speed and suddenly I closed the throttle. Then again while I gave the throttle the bike didn't respond instantly. It was jerked like coughing for 2-3 times and then it started responding. The jerk was like, when fuel is about to go to reserve and the fuel cock is in "On"(i.e. opposite to reserve position) position. It happened today everytime i did step by step the following.
Opening the throttle and reaching high speed -> totally closed the throttle -> and then reopen the throttle. This happens for the first time.
If you guys have any idea about this response lag of accelerator then please help. Thank you.Phoenix Came, Saw and Conquer My Heart, Forever...

Regarding tappet noise, I have very limited experience. Try to post in help me section. Also let us know if it's solved.Phoenix Came, Saw and Conquer My Heart, Forever...

My one cent- If you are not sure about tappet valve noise, check both the spark plug connection as some people face this issue due to spark plug.
Hope you solve your problem soon.
Maintenance Update:
I have changed Engine oil now and my bike clocked 2900 kms. Now the next Oil change will be done in second service @ 5000kms.
BTW, I have filled Motul 15W50 mineral oil now and I didn't feel much difference on smoothness compared to Bajaj 10000 Oil as of now.
Guys, Have anyone from Bangalore modified pillion seat to increase comfort?2012 HONDA CBR 250 R C-ABS
