Its done 2050KM in about 20 Days and I still can't wait to get back on it. Did a 750KM trip in two days, no back aches or engine problem

I would recommend you to test-ride all of them, as its your experience that counts. The bike on which you get the widest smile, Buy it.

Though, I would recommend you request the mods to move the posts to "What-Bike" forum as a topic or merge with similar existing topics there. You should get wider audience there.

Dude, I am 6 feet tall 75kgs..... so weight is not an issue..... I have ridden the best possible bikes in indian markets under 250 cc..... so Right now i just want something that does not create a hole in my pocket..... Limited Income you see....

Hi Guys,

I just finished 700kms on dazzler and done with my first service.... but still I noticed a typical kat kat sound near the mono suspension... I started getting this sound around 1 week after I bought the bike.. this kat kat sound comes only when stopped and not on the ride (may be not noticed on the ride because of engine sound) ... when I told the honda service guy he says its from the suspension it has to be settled down... he told me to bring the bike after 2, 3 days as he fitted the suspension correctly now on first service...

anybody else facing this problem.... and what could be this sound?

btw... last wekend when I was on NH7 I tried to top the speed and got handsome 113 kmph on speedo without pillion .. then my frnd tried and surprisingly he got a 123 kmph with pillion on....I never thought dazzler can clock that speed... Amazing

I too am facing some similar noise around the rear suspension... Did you get to know in detail why was that sound and what did the mech do to solve it ????
I mostly get to see my bike on the weekends as she is back in Mumbai and I am working in Pune, so its my bro who gets to see more of her in the week... Will be going to mumbai next wed and will check out if the prob still persists... In the mean time, please enlighten me with the prob that you had in detail. Thanks.

The service guy called me now to bring my bike and he said he ll rectify the problem now as the mechanic are free now.... looks like they too don't know exactly where from the sound is and they want to investigate deeper.. btw he is sending his boy to pick up my bike from office and after the repair he ll bring it back ... hopefully it ll be rectified...

also can you tell me exactly when u r getting that sound... is it constantly happening or only at times?

its been a week i got the bike am geting the same sound ...its from suspension i guess..its bothering only when pillion gets on..

Ok... this problem seems to be not rare.... any more dazzler owners having this sound

It doesnt seem to be there on my Dazzler, I had took my friend once and took my mom yesterday. When does the sound come ? I can try going to rough roads.
And I believe my suspension is set to Hardest level.

after a ride just try to move the bike manually and hear the suspension... see if u are getting a kat kat sound....

I got my bike back and the suspension sound is gone ... they said they had to adjust the mono suspension thats all ... seems like a minor issue ... anyways I am happy that there is no sound atleast for now .. have to check after few rides

well thats a good news... But i havent really heard any sound from my babe other than the engine cooling noise... Are you sure that its not that? It comes from the silencer. Pl check

I don't think its engine cooling noise...initially even I thought it was engine colling noise but even when the engine is already cooled I was getting the noise... so service guys corrected it and said it was suspension noise...
check you bike also if the noise is coming even after engine is cooled

check you bike also if the noise is coming even after engine is cooled

Just checkd my bike thoroughly by moving it manually to and fro... BUt no noise...

anyways congrats on getting the problem solved.

true ... but even if the rider is sitting alone and puts a little pressure, you can hear that sound....

thats great ... I think I will have too have to get the bike to the service center and get it fixed when I get back to mumbai i.e. on coming wed... Will be able to confirm only after that
In the mean time, what other prob I am facing is the cold engine issue.. there is no starting prob when the engine is cold, but when I start riding the bike and engage the first gear, the bike wont move at usual accelaration and will have accelarate a little more than normal... Similalry cant shift soon to 2nd gear as the bike starts knocking a litle bit... Now I posted this prob earlier too and someone suggested me using choke which I did, but still that feel of bike not picking up with less accelaration seems to be preset.. It feels that the bike is running out of fuel and will soon die... Anybody facing something like this...
