65k is quite a lot and you should change your headlamp, reflector and lighting coil (if needed). Use Osram Silverstar if you're searching for better lighting.
Sorry for late reply, Thanks for your reply Bro.
Now my Engine Clocked almost 1.2K ODO After new kit changed, After i changed a small Kit in Carb. The Pickup is slightly increased (Not much to notify) But juddering is reduced. Now Im getting Economy of 48KMPL (Loc+Hig). now Im riding In between 60 to 65 KM/H @ 5K RPM
Some how the engine feel like stressed while accelerating above 5K RPM. Weather it will automatically decrease or should i do something ?
And another one question in my Mind Which oil should i use to get optimum performance, Reduce vibration I searched a lot about Motul, Shell, Valvoline Oil
Finally i decided " Motul 3100 4T 20W50 " Semi synthetic is the best for this Air cooled 150CC Engine. Is this correct or should i change it to another ?
Currently i am using HP Max 4T oil Which is available in Petrol bunks

Re: My 5th Pulsar (Update)
dont make blanket statements like that, you should change your oil a fair bit before 3500Originally posted by Srinivas sr143sr View PostCant really do anything great with stock setup.
But i can give ome suggestions. I have the same bike
.
Valvoline Xtra premium synthetic blend (Semi synthetic oil) 20w50 is the best oil for any Pulsar till date. Holds strong even at 3500 Kms. None can beat this oil at its price range.,

if you are happy with the performance of a particular brand of oil just stick to it , no need to change because somebody else thinks soOriginally posted by Venkatesh24 View PostSorry for late reply, Thanks for your reply Bro.

Re: Bajaj Pulsar 150 All Versions
Hello all, i am new member to this group. I own a bajaj pulsar 150 DTS I, 2013 Model bike. 50k Kms done. From few days i am facing a strange issue. My rear drum break is not working properly. After service or after changing break shoes break became loose with in 100 to 200kms ride. Due to this i changed my back Tyre also. Tried all possible methods with known and unknown mechanics. Most of them are saying that the drum is perfect and only showroom people is asking me change the back alloy rim. Is it worth to change the rim or any possible solution is there. I wont mind to change the rim. But my only worry is what if it became same. So kindly answer to this. Thanks in advance.

Cant you read properly bro? I have said its even good at 3500kms. I never said to use upto 4000 kms or anything else.Originally posted by kb100 View Postdont make blanket statements like that, you should change your oil a fair bit before 3500

But as i said that oil is good both in terms of smoothness and drain volume at 3500kms.very very less amount will be vaporized.
For Pulsar 150/180 Valvoline 4T premium can be used for 3500kms without any doubt or second thought .

do you know what the factory recommended oil change interval specified by bajaj for the pulsars, are (not the one mentioned on the bajaj dtsi oil bottle) , did you even bother to read the quoted statement the one highlighted in bold, or as you have asked me "Cant you read properly bro?"Originally posted by Srinivas sr143sr View PostCant you read properly bro? your brake drum inside is glazed (its very smooth/polished), you just need to beake the glazing(make the surface rough as for the brake shoes to bite more effectively) in lay mans terms get 50 or 100 grit emery paper(wet paper in painter speak) and use it to lightly sand the inner surface of the drum to make it rough, it wont cost you anything if you know how to take the back wheel off (apart from 30 or 40 rs for a sheet of emery paper), or you can ask any local mech to do itOriginally posted by rajesha07 View PostHello all, i am new member to this group. I have answered to you said that i am making some blanket statements.Originally posted by kb100 View Postdo you know what the factory recommended oil change interval specified by bajaj for the pulsars, are (not the one mentioned on the bajaj dtsi oil bottle) , did you even bother to read the quoted statement the one highlighted in bold, or as you have asked me "Cant you read properly bro?"
You have misunderstood me bro. I know well about the drain interval for the oil change in Pulsar as myself an owner using past 1.6 lakh kms.
i have mentioned the nature of the oil at 3.5K kms.
But still i am saying that Valvoline xw50 holds good and its completely safe to use for 3500kms without any doubt.
you can use the same if you have any doubts.
No need to change this oil at 3000kms( Valvoline xtra premium xw50 "Synthetic blend") especially for Pulsar. Its wastage of money. If you still have doubt, Take a Pulsar 150/180, drain oild oil, clean the engine clutch side completely and pour this oil and test it.
Hope i am clear. peace out.

Re: My 5th Pulsar (Update)
used the oil you mentioned from 08- 09 cos it was the only make available then other than castrol , never lased more than 1.8k , like i said before, if you like some oil that gives good results in your bike stick to it ,dont ask others to follow your path or make blanket statements such as so and so oil is the best for so and so bikeOriginally posted by Srinivas sr143sr View PostI have answered to you said that i am making some blanket statements.

Re: My 5th Pulsar (Update)
I doubt the Valavoline Xtra premium xw50 synthetic blend was available at 08 to 09 back at that time. Or you were talking about other Valvoline oil.Originally posted by kb100 View Postused the oil you mentioned from 08- 09 cos it was the only make available then other than castrol , never lased more than 1.8k , like i said before, if you like some oil that gives good results in your bike stick to it ,dont ask others to follow your path or make blanket statements such as so and so oil is the best for so and so bike
Everyone can share their opinions as per their experiences and suggest to try them and its not like they are saying to follow their path or making some blanket statements as per your analysis.
Why anyone will say with confidence that it will work without testing it thoroughly.???
You seem to analyze the replies as per your view or thoughts. No point in further replying bro.
