So how I make it comfortable for long ride and bad roads in city.
I guess if I can change the Seat and Foot rest position, then probably It will be comfortable enough.
So Please advice me how to do such jobs..
replace foot peg + gear and break levers with the 220 one. get a clam for the exhaust, replace the kick with the apache one. the break lever would hit the kicker, so you would have to install a nut near the lever itself so that it is at an angle.

So it would be good to buy the spares (rotor and pads) from SVCs and get it changed by some local mechanic. What do you say? Any idea how much the rotor costs?
Yes, you can get them from the SVC and get them fixed it outside. Overall they shouldn't cost you max 1.5k.

That being said, squealing can be caused due to excessive brake pad dust accumulated inside the caliper, cleaning them would provide temporary solution, but if the revert back, I'd suggest you to change the rotor and clean the caliper thoroughly. Since you've used a new set of pad now, pads won't be necessary.

    Any leads on this?
Should i visit service centre? I have the least amount of trust on them.

Never visit to Service Center, Bajaj service centers are not loyal instead visit to some good local shop
