    • QP comes a shocker!!!

      Lor/Ped/Hay/Cru/Sto/Spi/Dov/Bau/Bra/Rdp/Abr/Bar/Ros/Esp/Pir/Pas/Her/Pet/Sil/Eli/Edw

Awesome to see a Ducati on the front row in dry track qualifying. Ahead of Stoner. Wow

Randy really pushing his ART to the very limits and doing a fantastic job.

Rossi last Duc and way off the pace, just about holding off the CRTs. Horrible...

Edwards almost did not qualify within the 107% rule. Sneaked in a fast lap at the very last moment.

        • According to me, today best performance was from Cal Crutchlow. man he was pushing hard, it showed in the last.

If it rains tommorow(I hope so ) , Rossi will surely show his wet track experience.

            • it's good to see hayden on the front row...
but i don't see him being able to hold 3rd position for race distance.

unless it rains... then, all bets are off.

              my predictions...
              dry race: lorenzo / pedrosa
wet race: both the ducs in the top 5

and i think it would lighten everyone's spirit if Rossi took out Stoner again this year.

              • Randy de Puniet on a CRT machine faster than AB, Barberra and Rossi?!

Something tells me that Rossi is not even trying to be faster, let alone pushing himself and the bike to the limit!

                  • Seems like the epic battle between Stoner and Lorenzo will continue throughout the season. Amazing race by Cal Crutchlow

Lorenzo- I'm happy with this second place on Jerez. I have tried to win but Casey was very strong and the front tire did not give me much security. We are still leaders!

                    Go Lorenzo!!! Go Yamaha!!!

lets not talk about rossi again in this forum, till there is a podium finish by him.

Lets looks a the Bright side.
Hayden finished 8th starting from 3rd position.
Rossi started 13th.Finished 9th. Not a great result, but looks like ,found a good set up.(Hayden's set up rather). And they didnt have dry track to set the bike for dry race. It was a gamble for the race.

MeanWhile. I was expecting Spies to upset Stoner, too early to say. Long way to go, He 'll bounce back for sure. And I honestly hope the satellite Yamahas also get factory support. Nice to see cal so aggressive

ok, may i ask, why he started at 13th .. ??
why didn't he started it at 1st place.
for me there is no bright side till its a podium.

Another race this weekend. We'd know how well the season would go for Rossi. Or atleast mid season. Until he gets the "updates" he requested

                            • There is a brighter side from Rossi's perspective. He seems much happier that what he was after Qatar.

Also he didn't use the same setup as Hayden, but a similar setup.

But most importantly he has finally conceded in public that since he cannot make the Ducati a Yamaha, he will have to make himself a Ducatista Hope to see better results from both Ducati riders next week. Hayden was keeping up with Stoner and Lorenzo in the beginning. He then had a big 'moment' on a wet patch, he lost his speed and rhythm after that. Horrible to watch the satellite bikes eating up the Ducatis.

Another Italian, Fenati, now that was just amazing for a 16 year old.
