. The test ride would start after 2-3 days and delivery is around second week of May. My serial is at number 2 amid the ABS versions and there have been no stock received for c-abs models. Hope I would be the 1st one to get delivery amid c-abs models. The bike looks like a mini sbk for sure and it would have a strong road presence. Ninjas would feel insecure and run for money to save its fame when they come across any CBR. By the way, Ninjas are very few in ctc and bbsr roads, so this cbr would rule the roads until and unless Bajaj or TVS comes up with high cc and horses. But they would have to roar hard to beat CBR.

Yamaha is launching a 250cc this June, that might be a tough competitor to CBR if and only if its a R-series. If thats a fazer-250, the competition wont be that super.

got my black cbr on friday n man wat a beauty it is....gt it frm pratul honda...
drove around 100kms n man wat pick up...awsome bike....
its certainly a show stopper...

Exactly. Thats the temporary no. which is the same for all bike delivered by vihaan honda. The bike in the above pic is already reg. and is being used as test ride bike in vihaan

Hey dude, If you got it from somajiguda pratul, Then I was there in the basement when your bike was undergoing its pdi.(black standard??). Also a red standard was being delivered along with your black. Went there on friday to get my test drive. I'm still waiting for my delivery though I have the second booking under ABS

hi everyone,i am Angad from Chandigarh.i just joined today.i had a rtr 160 from two and a half years.i booked a red non-abs cbron 7th january.yesterday,me and dad went to showroom today to see the bike and talk about delievery.the manager said he has 2 bikes- black non abs and red abs.he said next lot will come next week and he cant really guarantees about the delievery.then he gave my dad a long lecture on how is an abs bike.dad bought me the abs one

Sure, will do that soon.

Will soon go on 2-300kms ride to finish off the break-in and then I can explore the CBR to give a fair ride impression.

Buddy! As far as the experience goes, I've ridden only a Ducati 1198 S and a Ninja 636. However, as far as what I've read and heard about the VFRs and CBRs characteristics, I don't think that they follow to the same lineage.

Moreover, as I stated earlier about the touring with the 250 cc CBR, it is actually an tourer's delight unlike the race inspired Ninja 250.

I'm just giving my opinion and observations based on the facts not upon experience. You can correct me if I'm wrong...

I think I posted already that I rode the bike again...for about 30 minutes this time on the open highway. They had tried to mend the clutch and it sort of worked. This time it held on until 6500rpm but after that it started slipping again. There is potential but for the most part my opinion remains the same. It is not as quick as everyone may be imagining based on some of the rather stilted posts here. But the low-end torque issue I had posted about was clearly clutch related...there is decent low-end torque, enough to get me to book a Silver non-ABS for myself.

Jamal - you guys complain as if everyone is obligated to post messages here...and if they don't, you claim that they are lying about taking delivery of their bikes. You demand proof of something that doesn't concern you at all.

Well everything apart, i am checking this forum and specifically this thread from enough long time. Leaving all behind and even booked one CBR for me

, i still like the looks of ninja and CBR 600 R more.. Exhaust and those grey parts really sucks...!!!
