guys just test drove cbr250r very dissapointed with the exaust note stiff rear shock(setting at 1=soft) and lots of knocking at low rpm in 3/2 gear over all ok kind of bike will wait for cbr600rr than buy this mini cbr.

Just called up Saphire Honda (Bangalore). They told Test ride will be starting some time next week and they are not sure about delivery date.
3 Weeks back when i called, I was told my booking no. is 20, now he told its 21, when I told him, earlier it was 20 how it became 21? he started explaining that initial booking no is 21 but 1 person canceled so current is booking is 20... in Std. Red color I am @ No.3.
Seems like every dealer want to make extra bucks...
can some one post the mail ids of Honda executives, even I'll shoot a mail to bring these guys to books...

Pilot Honda tells me that the C-ABS units on the bikes have to come from Japan and are in short supply and will lead to definite delay in deliveries for the ABS versions. They tell me that HMSI confirmed the same to them. I just hope Honda gets it together fast.. Maximum sales are booked when any bike is launched. Few months later, it tapers off. I'm just biding my time and chilling out, my silver can come any time Honda can make it for me :cool

@ Bangy ppl: Seems like Haiku Honda is consistent with their reply. I was called last week to make the remaining payment, so that I could get the vehicle delivered on Wednesday, the 4th.
So I went ahead with the payment, hoping to get the bike on Wednesday. When they didn't call me yesterday, I called up their representative today, and got the same reply that nearly the entire lot was damaged during transit, and he even offered to show me pics of the damaged bike, if I were to meet him in person.
Also, since I'm the first customer at Haiku for a Silver, non-Abs CBR, I was assured I would get it in the first lot.
Bottom line: I hope to lay my hands on the bike asapComment

Now I dont know about you guys, but I had fun :P
Oh what a brilliant bike it is.
Remove saree guard, change number plate holder, put helmet on, and rip
P.S-> the dash is not small at all. Looks perfect.
P.P.S-> the bike handles brilliantly beacuse of the rear tyre.
P.P.P.S-> Be wary of they envious looks you are going to get.

here in cochin dealers have received more bookings for the ABS version and the dealer has only 1 ABS in the first lot he has got :P
So people taking the Non-ABS will get the bike faster , as he already has stock!
