if the us price equivalent of the honda is 1.8 laks. then its actual indian price should be less than that. if reports are to be believed cbr will be manufactured in india and exported from here to other nations. so the us price tag includes the import duty as well, which should be deducted to get the indian price equivalent.Originally posted by Binoy View Postsuperbikes are the biggest blunders on indian roads.

Some info given by bunny punia, saw in his blog and he has mentioned he rode the bike, here's what he says...
India will get the bike in April 2011.
1. Pricing will be around Rs 1,50,000. In Thailand, it is around 1,00,000 Baht
2. Bike has awesome low end punch in addition to its high speed capabilities
3. I hit 140km/h indicated on the short Bira racing circuit in 5th. I think she will do 155km/h on open roads in 6th
4. Comfy bike with enough space for tall riders
5. Speedo inspired from the VFR
6. In India, it will be offered at 60% less than the Ninja 250R.

Finally found what I was eagerly waiting for-Ground Clearance!
It hadn't been mentioned anywhere yet&yesterday I read it in one of the Auto mags who had tested it in Thailand Bira Circuit.
The ground clearance is 145mm. I'm delighted now!

oops sorry my bad... then its an EATER...Originally posted by aman2701 View Posti think it should be +1,20,000 (60 % less than ninja)

But i don't think Honda will make it that cheap, if its 1,20,000 then its gonna EAT the sales of R15 also...

He said 60% lesser, that's +/-120000.Originally posted by Binoymmm Ninja Eater...
It is said above that CBR costs 60% less than Ninja
say Ninja = 300000 on road
so by the calculation it is +/-180000
which for me i will say Ninja is a better option... if you mean by EATER in terms of cost it is good, but the CBR specs are not interesting for me compared to the Ninja
Suzuki GS150R(Balck) 2009- 2012
Yamaha R15 V2(LE white) 2012 and Honda Dio V2 Matte
