Honda Canada revealed the new 2011 CBR250R last night, and from the looks of things, the Japanese manufacturer is expecting big things from its new entry level sportbike.The new 2011 Honda CBR250R will be available both in Canada and the U.S.in Spring 2011 with an aggressive pricing plan that places the Kawasaki Ninja 250R directly in its sights.Honda Canada has been offering the CBR125R for years and it has consistently been Honda’s top selling sportbike.Last night, Honda Canada invited CBR125R owners and a small group of journalists to see the new CBR250R and it’s clear Honda is banking on it being just as successful on the sales floor.

As we posted earlier this week, Honda Canada invited CBR125R owners to its corporate headquarters for the Canadian debut of the new CBR250R.But that wasn’t the only unveiling, as the 2011 edition of the CBR125R was also revealed.While the new 250 was the star of Honda Canada’s launch event, the 125 owners in attendance reacted positively to the updates for the 2011 CBR125R model.The not-available-in-America Honda CBR125R has consistently been among Honda Canada’s top sellers since it was first introduced.

honda lied big time, liars liars, the bike is 1.75 ex-showroom, this means it will come close to 2 on-road. Dissappointed

I wont take Motoroids too seriously to be honest when it comes to the pricing of a Honda product. Honda is a pretty secretive company when it comes to pricing!

NICE creativity.. It is definitely a Ninja Assassin in terms of pricing in India and is almost similar or not very far behind in terms of performance..

If people can compare a single cyl with twin,then I think I am a bit more logical in comparing a twin to another twin,one some twenty years old and 100cc more another highly priced new but a 250cc.

The CBR is a single cyl 250cc,its out and its public and yes it does 26PS,comparable to a Mojo figure.Even the erstwhile Comet Vtwin made 27bhp back then.But the new Comet Vtwin makes 30bhp now.

CBR250R in India would be of much praise for the Honda fans and for people who does not like the Enfield Classic 500 or the Mojo.
