Welcome to a more mature world, where one should be wise/considerate to call a spade, just that.
also no need to bring that gifted part. on roads everyone is equally gifted. maybe on track someone is better.
I am sorry to say, but your this notion is completely wrong.

If someone is riding for the past a decade without having a spill, I would consider him/her better.

I personally would not go to a race track to race, not for me, I would go to [further] hone my skills. On a road, the more you ride, the more you read about other's experience would make you a better rider.

Every one is a different rider out there, the way one would brake/accelerate and think about an obstacle are different, this is where the gifted part comes.

Feel free to disagree but serves no purpose really and I believe we would be [further] going OT.

when will ownership thread start? lot of bikes have been delivered. some ppl must be on xbhp.

also no media rides so far. looks like yamaha is intentionally holding it back. want ppl to ride it\ get hands on it first.

our media is immature bunch i have seen. they will perhaps completely wreck it for having 2 valve head, no liquid cooling etc. instead of focusing on what it offers they generally point out how its not as much fun as ktm machines. hopefully i am wrong about this and they give an objective opinion.

White Color Looks Excellent - Is there some Food Delivery Box @ Pillion Seat at post no.476

Is seating position Sporty (Lean Forward) or Normal ?

I believe this one suitable as the Second option who own CBR 250 - almost similar power and engine capacity without critical internal.

No fear of Damaging when Fall as there is nothing to worry about.

bike is more upright than even dominar, is what i felt.

ergos are some of the best on an Indian bike. didnt felt anything wrong or out of place when i sat on it. fits perfectly like a glove.

it joins the elite group of my personal favourite bikes for ergos. members being of this group being:
          R15 version 1
          bajaj dominar
          fz25

they all offer different ergos but when i sit on these bikes, it just feels right.

A good long ride can clear your mind, restore your faith and use up a lot of fuel....

One more point that media will surely make- this bike is 30k more expensive than apache 200 and more than 20k expensive than p200ns.

Dont blame media alone i have seen in XBHP itself guys blaming bajaj for not giving DOHC and more power rather than being thankfull for what they offer for the money. When it comes to a foriegn manufacturer everything is good or apt for indian condition, but when an Indian company does its vice versa.

fz16 had me sliding around on seat. ver 2 was improvement and very good. though it keeps my legs a bit too relaxed. not as engaging.

this one i feel is a little more upright and pegs a bit rear set, lock my legs in a little. feels more confidence inspiring and like you are in command.

xbhp is a bunch of fanboys. what else did you expect.

media is supposed to be professional and objective. something i have not seen always the case.

Media is also biased that we all know way before. I would trust Xbhp review anytime than any media reviews

i guess you can trust no one then. haha.

best to take test ride and decide for yourself is what i feel.

i remember when media sold me r15 for touring by writing "very comfortable for its class". was a noob back then had no idea what class it was in. had to take hot water treatment after every 400 kms.

Precisely. Each one to his own! Test ride and buy whatever suits one's requirements and comfort levels.

As for the media, reviewers like PowerDrift, Zigwheels are fair and unbiased in their views and more often than not paint an accurate picture, thereby helping in the decision making.

Few more points that I noticed-----ride quality is really good. The bike hugs onto the road really well.Plastic quality could have been better.Single horn is sufficiently powerful.Exhaust note is bassy at idle.Surge of torque from 4000 rpm is really good.Did not push beyond 5000 rpm.77 kmph @ 5000 rpm in 5 th.Gear shifting is not butter smoot.

Admin, as we have one owner, can't we start ownership thread and close this thread?
